I purchased seats through BudgetAir but they are not showing as purchased on the New Zealand Air website, under the confirmation number. So it looks like I will need to purchase seats again. Not good.

I misclicked the wrong date on the calender
I misclicked the wrong date on my flight reservation and notice it right away when i got the confirmation. The agent was very strict on their policy and couldn’t change the date without charging the cancelation fees and asked me to rebook again, while the own airline can give a full refund in the 24h regardless of the ticket type choosen

TAP confirmed BudgetAir could act, BudgetAir refuses
I booked a TAP Air Portugal flight (Lisbon to Seville, 10 September 2026) through BudgetAir for my elderly mother. The surname on the ticket needs a correction to match her passport — a simple name correction, same passenger, and I raised it right after the purchase with her passport as proof.
BudgetAir's response: "Contact the airline yourself." So I did. TAP Air Portugal told me explicitly that they cannot process the correction for me — because the ticket was issued by BudgetAir, the correction must be submitted by BudgetAir, as the issuing agent, through TAP's agent helpdesk.
I relayed this back to BudgetAir with TAP's instructions. BudgetAir still refuses to act and keeps deflecting to the airline. Each side of this loop has been documented in writing.
To be clear about the stakes: an elderly passenger will be denied boarding over a clerical issue that takes the issuing agent minutes to submit. BudgetAir collected the fare, holds the sole authority to fix the ticket, and simply will not do its job as the issuing agent.
I am asking BudgetAir to submit the name correction to TAP's helpdesk immediately and confirm with an updated itinerary. Booking reference available upon request.
