Absolute worst experience of my life. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do yourself a huge favor and book directly with the airline, even if it costs more. The tiny bit of money you think you are saving with BudgetAir is absolutely not worth the nightmare that follows.Their customer service is practically non-existent and completely useless. They changed our flight schedule from a manageable 4-hour trip to a grueling ordeal lasting more than 24 hours. When we rightfully rejected this massive change and requested a full refund, they refused to cooperate and only offered a partial refund for an issue that they caused!To make matters worse, I still haven't received my refund at all. They just take your money, leave you stranded, and ignore you when you ask for it back. No one should ever use BudgetAir. Save yourself the stress, the headache, and the stolen money—avoid this company at all costs.

Lower prices and easy to use
I like that you had lower prices than most others. I like that the flight search and selection is very easy and straight forward.
I don't like that you force on us services that we secondary services should not be auto-selected for us to charge us extra on checkout unless we deselect them. This should change.
I haven't traveled yet but hope my experience remains good throughout my journey.
I had a little issue but BudgetAir made it right later and issue resolved.
If my experience remains good then I may always start wy travel with you.

Cheaters sold me air ticket says egyptair.found out only at the airport that you played stinky cheap game (egyptair BUT) By (AIRCAIRO).aaaaaand even when i arrived there there is nothing under aircairo name its SKY DIVISION airlines. With 2 small sandwiches meal and the smallest bottle of water i have ever seen. Washroom i won't let my dog in there to do things imaging HUMANS.

Unclear return process. No communication received and no money returned. They claimed I will received a return with a particular amount but I received nothing. Highly do not recommend!
