Price of there light extremely cheap…
Price of there light extremely cheap when compared with other dealers . First set of LED fluorescent light tubes I bought a year ago are still working perfectly. Delivery was swift and well package. So far nothing to complain about. Three times I have ordered, 3 times they have delivered. Thanks Budgetlights!!!

DPD let the side down Budgetlight recovered.
So this is my analysis. The prices are good, the company structure is not obvious and you will get messages from different organistaion names "Budgetlight, "Any Lamp" etc. I ordered and delivery commenced very fast, then DPD decided to return the items to sender. Reason "missing information". There was no missing information. All the necessary information was visible on the DPD site. However when I rang DPD up they said they couldn't talk to me because they couldn't verify my Id because there was no information on their site for my address!! This while I was looking at the information on THIER web site!! I pointed this out but was told they couldn't discuss until they verified my Id (insane).
So why 4 stars. Because I had a friendly interchange with Budgetlight about this and we agreed they would refund, painless! The refund happend quickly and I was kept in the loop throughout. Good recovery from them, but I can't use them while DPD has system problems that abort deliveries.

Not a "UK" site as is described on the website...
Ordered from a "UK" website believing I would receive delivery within a couple of days. Only to find the goods were being sent from the Netherlands and would be 4-5 day delivery. Not a major issue but the goods never arrived and "stuck in customs". Shall not use "Any Lamp".com again, very misleading and over a month to sort out the issues and eventually receiving a full refund.
