First Delivery of bulbs arrived with…
First Delivery of bulbs arrived with 50% broken as they were very badly packaged with no protective packaging in the box.
Credit where credit due the returns process was very quick and easy to use and they were replaced and reshipped very quickly with no hassle.
However the replacement bulbs, did arrive not broken the box was not taped shut and arrived open. however everything was present and correct.

This is the 2nd order that I have…
This is the 2nd order that I have placed with budgetlight. I find the prices very reasonable but the customer service is second to none. My 2nd order had a slight problem and had been returned to sender so I called to find out what the problem was and it was due to the label not scanning on delivery but she was very apologetic and sent out another order promptly. I will definitely be using this company again for any future lighting orders that I may need.
