They need to be much clearer with their communication! I switched my mobile number from another company because their plans seemed affordable, and they advertised the package as including unlimited internet. However, it turns out that you can only use a certain amount of bandwidth, after which the internet connection slows down drastically and eventually stops altogether unless you purchase additional GB. This is far from “unlimited”! While it may be stated in the contract, advertising it as unlimited internet is extremely misleading.

Not only is the internet barely working on both mobile and wifi, but when our wifi broke down for no reason, no one helped us. We called 3 times and each time the operators did not fix the issue. They said they would send a crew to check, gave us a timeslot, and the people never showed up. They also said they would send us a SIM card to hotspot until the team can come and fix our wifi and they also never did that. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will be cancelling my subscription because I am paying for nothing.

I have an abonnement with unlimited data. At 4GB used my internet stops working. This is something budget mobile did according to their own words, to stop miss usage of unlimited data. In my opinion weird, if you pay for it, how can you miss use it... But I have to SMS to get an extra 1GB data if this happens. Yesterday at 11pm my 4GB was used, and I sent the SMS. Which was confirmed 6am this morning. So the rest of the night yesterday I had no internet. I've called about is, and was told that I should get another provider if I dont agree with this. Honestly what a bad answer, but hé, they know you cant do anything about it. This is Customer Service nowadays...
Edit: since the reaction below I tried a couple of times again to find a solution. Nobody knows of any "Anouck" working there, and I get no help whatsoever. So funny that a standard message as the one below is placed, and that should be the solution apparantly....

The quality of mobile internet is very poor, my phone keeps switching to Edge instead of 4G. This is a known KPN network issue, Budgetmobiel has not informed me at all about this. This is unacceptable so I have sent a written complaint letter. No reply at all after 3 weeks. Don’t choose this provider!

Yesterday, Budget Mobile changed my number WITHOUT PERMISSION. I only found out late last night because my family was in a panic and could NOT reach me the whole day.
At first, I thought my phone had been hacked. When I checked my Budget app, I was shocked to see that Budget had changed my number.
Since Budget doesn’t have an emergency number, I couldn’t reach them until 9:00 AM today via the chat app. So far, I still haven’t gotten my old number back and have been UNREACHABLE since yesterday. No work as a result.
This morning, it turned out they had mixed up my details with someone else’s. That person had their number changed by a guardian, which I don’t have. An incredibly sloppy mistake by Budget, again, and I’ve been dealing with it all day. For God's sake, how hard can it be to restore my number? Stupid, stupid mistake by Budget. On top of that, they overcharged me for my subscription for two months, and I still need to get that back! Never choose this service! When you need them, they’re not there!

Today I had to find other means of buying a data with other simcard because yours stopped working since today.... This is really annoying+I tried calling you guys today but no one picked... The worst experience ever ,I bough a sim from primera then i followed the subscription instructions and then I choose unlimited data Sim only plan with 9 month offer for 15 euro .and 15 euro deducted from my bank account .and my sim wasn’t working or activated.after many times reaching chat support one of the team finally redo the whole steps from the system .and finally work .then next day I received email to pay 20 euro or my number will be suspended.again landed to chat support and one of the team finally applied the discount to my number .then again I received another mail to pay 15 euro or my sim will be suspended.again I paid 15 euro to avoid number disconnection.now I have paid 2 times .also im have sent a complaint and guess what I didn’t got any response,I’m really disappointed and shocked that’s I have to go through all this hassle just because I have decided to choose your service.i didn’t been refunded for my 1st payment with 15 euro .coustmer service is useless service with zero experience in how to handle or solve issues.

And work in Noordwijk and I barly can get connection on my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra
And I mean it almost no ware I can play games or watch something
I am getting my KPN from next month and believe me I cant wait 🙏
