Our staff are highly united in our goal and aim to resolve any issues you may encounter within minutes. We employ staff who specialise in a variety of different fields within the hosting industry, meaning your support tickets will always be handled by the right person. Furthermore if we fail in our mission, our staff will be happy to refund you the cost 7 days after your first purchase!

Oof, complete waist of money and total loss of all data

Not impressed, ordered services for about 2 months. Towards the end of the 2nd month the system did not issue me an invoice so the server went into suspension overnight. Upon paying, service was not restored and 2 days later there was a claim of a "server fire" which destroyed my server. Paid for the following month with the promise of services being restored. A full (4 weeks) month went by and no services were restored, no refund for the down month, no options to move/migrate my services to a working server. Wont be returning to BudgetNode nor any company utilizing WebNX services.

Offline for over 3 days

Stay over 3 days down, and lost all data and no refund or compensation for the loss.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with them without reading the term of service as they stated they not responsible for data loss.

and customer service are really not there.

Stay away from this web hosting company even the address is fake they wrote on the website.

Provider hacked, offers no refunds

Was a decent provider for a few years, with cheap prices and reasonable uptime.

However, one of their servers was recently hacked (on their end), leaving the files of every VPS to be exposed to the attacker, and a complete loss of data. To add to this, BudgetNode completely refused to offer any kind of refund for the downtime (not meeting their "99.9% uptime" guarantee stated on the website) or reset of the servers. They did offer a 7-day extension to the plan, but I do not feel this was adequate given the downtime and clear lack of security on their end, which I can no longer trust them to maintain.

Worst Experience of My Life with this bad company
It was my first and last time with BudgetNode. I wonder how they are running their business. Be aware of this third class web hosting company. They charge for the whole year with no necessary support. They don’t know how to treat the customers, in fact, they don’t bother to reply to support tickets either. Their servers and software are not up to date and most importantly their is in defense against DDoS attacks which does not work. They claim to have massive storage capacity but actually there is no proper SSD. I have never experienced such this service in my life. I lost my traffic and sales due to BudgetNode. I don't know who is going to pay for my loss.

After a ticket went months without…

After a ticket went months without being answered, I decided to stop my yearly subscription. I did this on their site, but much to my surprise I received a charge from Paypal for my yearly subscription. Quite puzzled, I sent a few emails that were met with some apologies but with no solutions with regard to issuing me a refund.

It's clear this is one of the worst hosting providers around and you would do well to spend a little more somewhere else where your critical technical issues might get solved in a timely fasion.

I have an account with these scammers

I have an account with these scammers, which month after month I make the payment. and this month for personal reasons I made the payment 1 day after my due date. and they terminated my service without even notifying me of the termination. because of him I lost data of great importance. and at this moment we are seeing the way to sue, since they are not able to give an answer I have open service tickets and the only thing they have had the courage to answer is the following.

For more than 10 days I have not received any response from anyone in your company. they know that they did wrong in finishing my service since it always proceeds to been suspended but never finished. and this mistake will cost them. Too bad they don't have the courage to show their faces.

Had billing issues

The charged me twice the first renewal, and instead of giving back the double-charged amount, they retained it for a second renewal... so I decided to not accept any more charges from them to avoid more double payments.

Good hosting. Good support. Nothing too special, nothing bad.

Really had no problems with them, except that they had a few service outages.

Works great anyways, but would recommend other hosting unfortunately. However, if you are looking for good support, look no further.
