Why are you trying to take money from my account who are you how you got my details nice try at taking the money robbing b######s not enough to cover it

The sad thing is the banks know this company is a scam and they do nothing about it. Yes, if you searched for a loan recently, there are T&C's that give this company your details and they begin billing you.

Thank you so much for Deciding to take £28.95 out of my account I only just got paid by the Jobcentre and that money I had was to cover my rent.. its absolutely disgusting I've never heard of you.my bank said its beyond a joke... you left me in debt now and they is no way of contact you scamming scumbag... I need that money back in my account you never did nothing for me just robbed me..

Company uses stolen data to take money out of your bank account.

They don't comply with UK distance selling law but they don't seem to care...

If you fall victim to this scheme make sure to report to actionfraud.police.uk (just a few klicks).
Also speak to your local Citizens Advice and make sure they report to Trading Standards so this and other companies operated by these scammers get blacklisted.
To get back your money you'll unfortunately have to go to court if they scammers are not willing to refund you. This should not be an issue though because you can proof they don't operate within the boundaries of the distance selling law.

Unfortunately I couldn't get my money back yet because my phone bill's currently not payed (thank you scammers...), but I will pursue this matter and so should you. Scamming people is wrong but scamming those who least can afford it (these scammers seem to pose as payday loan companies) is just plain evil.

In my case another company with another director (but operating with a whole bunch of these sites again) took money from my card, too. They provided exactly the same data and timestamp as "opt in proof".

If they or similar companies take money from you: stay calm, ask them for refunds, make sure you get all their details, look them up and report. If you do they'll be down and blacklisted in now time :) .

Disgusting company! They have taken money from my account and have actually REFUSED to fully refund me. Told me I could have half back even though it's my money! They have told me it's because I opted in when applying for a loan but I would NEVER have done this. Certainly haven't been applying for loans. Total scam company, just taking money from people whenever they feel like it and not giving the money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!
