Budgy Smuggler Australia Reviews

BOBs have been smuggling for the last 15 years and the service, quality and general Smuggling vibes have never been stronger.

I placed an order for custom swimwear as part of a work function. You did the most amazing job of ensuring it would get to me in time. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond

Great communication and willingness to accomodate our custom order.

Nothing seemed to be an issue. The Knightriders had help with designing our swimmers and each time we provided feedback the response was on point and prompt. We are all blown away with the end product.

Website is easy to use and staff are always friendly both in-store and via email with any questions or queries. Will always recommend Budgy to family and friends!

Too easy! The team at Budgy made the whole experience of design and production a piece of cake. I am a total novice when it comes to creating team merchandise. Gussy was patient and guided me through the process. The design team created our costume in one take.
Every one of our Masters competitors were extremely happy with the end result. Thank you!

Easy to communicate with team regarding design required and quickly sent out to me !

Angus “the Wizard” always goes above and beyond with our custom smugglers. We order every year for our Punters club and they are always exactly what we are after.

We absolutely LOVE our custom budgys. The design team is so cool and a pleasure to work with. The process was seamless. Such a great Aussie business.

Communications were personal and clear. Kept me updated the whole process

Great attitude from the team over email and amazing quality customer smugglers love it!

So happy the way our custom budgys have turned out! Gussy couldn’t have been more helpful with finalising our design. Can’t wait to give them to our team.

Gussy was an absolute elite person to work with and get the design right. And the product is top shelf.

Amazing turnaround by the team, customs come out primo. Easy process, great communication.Shout out to Gussy and the rest of the team on a job well done

From the initial customer service to helping us with design, the whole process was seamless and well-communicated. We felt up to date the whole time and kept in the loop.

We got custom Budgy Smugglers and cannot fault anything! The Budgy Smugglers team were so easy to contact, they are fast, responsive and very helpful. They assited with our custom design, back and forth liaising with me, constantly checking that the design is what we wanted or if something needed to be altered.
To Gussy and the whole team I didnt get to speak to THANK YOU! We appreciate the awesome outcome and are very happy. Cannot recommend enough

Really impressed with the custom smuggler design service. I uploaded a description and design concept to the website, the guys from the Budgy UK office took the concept and came back with the custom design and I was stoked with the result. Payment was simple / secure and throughout the entire process I got production update emails. Finally received the order for custom smugglers, bucket hat and gym towel and totally stoked with the items delivered, usual high quality I've come to expect from Budgy Smuggler and the production items are true to the design proof. Only possible improvement would be to offer the larger beach towel as a custom item too ;).

Great bit of kit! Can’t wait to pull them out at the Bucks and the Wedding. I think the Bride will get a bit of a shock when Eagle Rock comes in at the wedding and all the boys are wearing custom Budgies with her freshly married husbands face in them!
