pricing is high compared to industry standards and quality of work has significantly decreased. Require CC to book appointment, and very inexperienced staff.
I understand the need to learn and train, but inappropriate Small talk conversations, minimal care and attention to detail are too much to overlook at this point.
In addition, I do not need to be pressured into purchasing additional Products.
After being asked about products once and replying that I am not interested, it was brought up twice more. Either the tech wasn't listening or just refused to not make the upsale.

I had the worst experience at buffwax spot! 3 times I had to go back for touch ups because the girls don't know what their doin! They have raised their prices! Now their policy is to ask for a cc to book an appointment!? The girls there are inexperienced! They rush your service while not taking you're situation into consideration! They don't return emails to concerns they ignore you basically! Thier products are unnecessary high in $! They don't get the job done right the first time!
