Perfect transaction.
Ordered a Toughsystem DS300 at an excellent price online. Prompt dispatch and delivery. Perfect transaction. Safely packaged and perfect order (new). A few easily removed stickers from original contents. No heat or glue removers needed. No air valve on DS300, but no issue as I usually leave my private jet at home and prefer to carry my tools in car boot when going to jobs!

Nice product, bad delivery.
The bike shed itself was good but I think you need to find another company to deliver your products, I got half the delivery and was told the other half would be on route not long after only to find the following week that no-one knew where the other half was then had to then wait until the end of the the second week for the final parts I needed.

Extremely poor customer service
I ordered products from Buildex on the 27th August 2021. The product page stated a 2-3 delivery turnaround. After contacting Buildex on the 16th Sept and receiving an email on the same day stating the products would be with me either on the 23rd/24th Sept!!!!! Well its now the 29th Sept and still no delivered products!!!!!! The only thing I have received is a trust pilot survey asking me to rate the service!!! Guess what Buildex - absolutely appalling!
Suggestion - If you can't fulfil don't take the money!

Great price but
Great price, fast delivery but, wrong colour paint delivered. Called and left message which was ignored. My previous email was not answered. Due to time constraints I had to use the paint but obviously not pleased.
