Called them to deal with a blocked drain. The reason I did not give one star was that there were some aspects of the company that were professional, and they did indeed unblock my drain, but overall I felt very unhappy about the service. These were the main problems:
1. The telephone quote was devious, making it sound like there was a pricing tier system, so the cost would depend on the severity of the problem. With the benefit of hindsight, I can now see that inevitably the highest tier price would always be charged, but I feel the company's intention is for you not to realise this when you agree to the service.
2. The response time was much longer than promised on the website or over the phone. An engineer called more than 3 hours after my call, rather than 90 minutes as stated.
3. I had to sign to say that the job had been done, but as the signature was collected on a mobile phone app, I couldn't clearly see what it was that I was signing - it could have been anything!
4. There was pressure to pay immediately over the phone, with nothing in writing confirming the cost (no invoice was ever received). In the event of any error or payment issue, there would be no recourse on my part due to lack of any written evidence (see other reviews posted here). The final cost for about 10 minutes' work was over £300, which I felt was very much taking advantage of the customer.
Again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would probably advise someone else to either get insurance in advance to cover this sort of problem; to rely on word-of-mouth recommendation (which we were not able to do on this occasion); or to use a more well-known national chain that unblocks drains.
Had a blocked drain. Company requested a deposit by credit card but took four times as much from my bank. Engineers were ill-equipped to do job and said drain had collapsed. They will not communicate with you in any way, once they have your money.
Drain unblocked by Utility Company in five minutes!

I got building happy homes out to my toilet when my son blocked it with kitchen roll they came out in a few hours and unblocked my toilet for £216 or so I thought I ended up getting them back 4 hours later because my bath wouldn't drain so they unblocked it again the next morning the toilet filled to the top again so yet again they came out and unblocked it and also told me I needed a new rest pipe because it had collapsed which they could do the next day for £1100! I got a local drain specialist out to double check and no there was nothing wrong with my rest pipe but the soil pipe is jammed solid with a foreign matter so he charged me £70 to unblock it which he did I confronted building happy homes about this and they sent out a senior engineer to double check and what a surprise yes your rest pipe is fine sorry we made a mistake and you don't need it doing so I was charged for unblocking by them that they hadn't done and told I needed work doing which I didn't and they offered me £108 refund so I said I want a full refund because you hadn't actually done anything but oh no company policy is 50% SO STAY AWAY FROM THESE AND GET A PROFESSIONAL!!!
