Skip this shop at all costs.
I ordered in the beginning of November 2025 and didn’t receive my order until January 2026. The delay was blamed on holidays and heavy order load.
If they have so many orders that it literally takes them months to ship them out, why can’t they hire more people or optimize their processes somehow so orders don’t take such an absurdly long time? All the while they’re posting attractive stories and photos on Instagram to attract more customers while they’re drowning in orders already waiting to be fulfilled.
I finally received my order and while two of them items were complete, the third one was missing one piece which was absolutely vital to building the car. It has been months now since I first emailed them about shipping me this piece and I still don’t have it, rendering the whole set useless.
Don’t order from Minibricks, you’ll experience nothing but frustration and disappointment.

Non existing customer service
I ordered 4 pieces from their Webshop.
1 Package was received within 4 weeks but I never received the other three and didn't get a refund after asking them twice. It's been over 6months and the products are marked as "sold out" on their website.

They scam customers by not shipping all…
They scam customers by not shipping all items but cashing all the order amount. Then they fake excuses to not refund or ship missing item. How? They ask you a photo of the "NON DELIVERY" item :) how can you share the photo of something you didn't receive?
It's their process to block any refund.
Also they take weeks to reply and month to deliver. It's a scam company based in China using drop shipping.
Don't fall for this trap!
UPDATE: Look what they dare to answer :) "We want to clarify that we never request photos of missing items to avoid resolving a case — this step is part of our standard process to help our logistics team investigate" FULL SCAM! Of course they requested photos of the missing item AND the packaging. They keep lying publicaly, judge by yourself, watch out!

Ordered a Landrover type build for my stepdads birthday. I knew it was going to take a while to deliver as it was on back order. I ordered in January and delivery was scheduled for April - arrived in April as agreed and came in a lovely box. My stepdad had fun building it and instructions were easy to follow. Would highly recommend

The courier put the package in the neighbours open mailbox box. The package was stolen and minibricks are refusing to refund me.

Beware of this Scam - Dropship from China w/o manual
I only saw this now, but as others have already noted: delivery takes more than two weeks (drop-shipped from China), and the product arrives without instructions. Although it's stated that the manual is available online, it cannot be found.
I have contacted customer service 3x times without receiving any response. The replies posted here are repetitive and do not address the issue or lead to any improvement.
@Minibricks: Order #89084 – provide me with the manual before I proceed disputing the payment.

Delivery time is an absolute joke - even ordering outwith seasonal periods, they claimed they alerted via website that there was a delay is shippings - there wasn't. I even went back to check, still no disclaimer present.
Arguably the worst customer service you will ever receive.
After speaking with a bot repeating the same thing multiple times, you are told you'll hear back soon.
I emailed 6 times - no response. They eventually emailed me asking if I was happy with the service I received - that is just salt on the wound at this point!
a company that truly should feel ashamed of its services.
Pity, as the cars are lovely.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company
Absolutely terrible experience with this company.
It has now been more than 100 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted their support team so many times, and it’s clear they simply don’t care about customer complaints.
What’s even more frustrating is that if you look at their responses here, they all seem like copy-paste replies with no real intention of actually solving anything.
At this point, it just feels like they take your money and ignore you. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.

4 month delivery, poor instructions, didnt look like my car.👎👎
Custom lego set based on my car. I ordered this December 2nd 2025 arrived April 2nd 2026 to the wrong house on the wrong street, luckily i found it. The instructions were poorly made multiple times it told me to attach a lego brick to somewhere there was nowhere to attach it to. And the finished product barely looked like my car would definitely not recommend. 👎👎👎

Parts missing
Parts missing, the wont reply i would suggest save up money and buy lego only.
They have the audacity not to reply to any of the emails. Ridiculous team, parts that are missing are so small that the build will not get completed too
Wrote them emails with such details that they would do something about it they didnot. I referred so many friends of mine

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
Long story short: I ordered an item from this company and never received it. After reaching out multiple times over more than two months, I was eventually told to contact them again, only to be ignored since then.
Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have filed a police report and will be pursuing legal action.
