Scam- Placed order and never heard anything…
Placed order and never heard anything from company for over 2 weeks! When I finally got connected with their Ai support, it was useless and refused to provide a return or refund even though my order was still processing after two weeks. Would not connect me with a human. Beware of this company!!!
UPDATE: yah, thats for the automated review response. I HAVE contacted info @ minibricks.com several times only to be told my order is still processing after 2 weeks and they cant cancel it or refund me. Me, along with about 15 other people that left a review on trustpilot. Read your own reviews minibricks.

Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Ordered weeks ago with no update. When I eventually quoted their cancellation policy to say I want to cancel the order as it’s not yet been despatched they magically despatched the item. Still no sign of it and the tracking page shows nothing.
Customer service does not exist.
They are clearly paying people to leave positive comments on their social media telling everyone it’s worth the wait.
Avoid at all costs.

I’ve asked for a return label 7 times with unsurprisingly no response.

Ordered two cars from them two weeks ago..
Ordered two cars from them two weeks ago, no updates from them on shipping or order status other than their AI service chat bot saying my order hasn't shipped. I know it hasn't shipped, that's why I reached out to support. No response to any query on when it might ship. I get it, this time of year they might be busy. But if that's the case at least let me know you're behind on orders and give me an estimate on when my order will ship. I don't want to write my order off just yet, but I'm starting to wonder.
12/18 Update: You can see the response to my review below. I sent them an email asking about the status as they mentioned in their response. They responded by basically saying the same things they did in their response here, even offering me a coupon for a discount on my next purchase. But they still didn't address the question of if or when my order will ship. Exactly why would I want/need a discount on my next order if you've not even managed to ship the first one yet? A more appropriate response would be to tell me when you're shipping my original order, and if you can't do that, then offer to refund my money.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails to the delivery service and to mini bricks and they were completely useless. Awful customer service and 0 help. Got told my parcel had arrived over a month after purchase yet it was never delivered. Still haven’t got my money back as they’re ignoring my emails.

Avoid completely
Sent me my order of the white edition e30 with Four 1x8 flat plate bricks missing, I did a piece inventory and found all four of these pieces were missing and everything else was there
No matter how much I explained that this was a gift and have not got access to instructions they kept asking me to screenshot the steps and send, after my 4th time explaining they told me “if I actually needed these pieces” I would provide them with screenshots.
So in turn I do not want the replacement pieces as I have been accused of trying to get 4x 1x8 pieces for free as if I would gain anything by it. Extremely unprofessional customer service while trying to tell me they are eager to help. I ended up ordering replacement pieces myself elsewhere. AVOID
