I recently used a plumbing service…

I recently used a plumbing service through Build Place and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The plumber was friendly and clearly very skilled. They quickly identified the issue and explained everything in a straightforward easy to understand way before carrying out the work.
The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It is not always easy to find reliable tradespeople but this service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumber.

Not great experience

I used this company for a bathroom renovation, and unfortunately almost everything that could go wrong did. A very small project ended up taking three months, and the workmanship throughout was disappointing. Multiple elements had to be corrected or completely redone.
In the end, the bathroom doesn’t feel newly renovated at all — it feels like a space that’s been repeatedly patched rather than properly finished.

A brilliant and helpful team

Alex and his team have been helping with painting, decorating and repairing cracking in my property. Alex is a lovely guy and incredibly helpful - no ask seems to be too much for him. He and his team are very willing to go to huge lengths to help out, and the end job was absolutely perfect. I’m delighted with how the property looks, and was very happy that they took care to protect furniture etc from any paint damage whilst carrying out the works. I highly recommend.

Brilliant end to end project

Really appreciated how Alex worked with us on the project. Genuinely helpful advice and always flexible to accommodate our design where possible.
Work was done to a high standard and left tidy at the end of the day.

High quality, real professional.

We were introduced to Alex and he took up the job of completing our bathrooms at short notice and did a brilliant job. His team worked tirelessly to deliver on time and to the highest possible standards. Throughout, Alex’s clear communication on the additional considerations - which arose as his team uncovered and excavated the rooms - made it an incredibly smooth and and stress-free process.

I would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking to have work done. They are the real deal.
