Defective bulbs from Bulb…
I ordered 6 halogen bulbs from Bulb America Nov 2021 as back-up bulbs for a bathroom light. March 2022, I needed to replace a bulb, tried all 6 brand new bulbs for BulbAmerica and NONE worked, all defective.
I emailed their customer service dept, and they told me to contact the manufacturer, it was beyond their 30 day warranty period and they could not help me. I wrote the the owner, nothing...
So if you purchase bulbs from BulbAmerica, you have to assume they are defective, and test them as soon as you receive them. Their customer service policy is horrible- Stay Away!!
