Update: After posting this review, they emailed to inform me that they're refunding the other 5 bulbs.

I manage stage lighting for a small organization. We've been trying to upgrade from incandescent bulbs to LED for a while, but we have yet to find LED bulbs that work acceptably with our dimmer packs without flickering. I heard good things about TCP bulbs so I ordered 10 with the knowledge that I could return them less a 15% restocking fee if they didn't work out.

When they arrived, I opened the shipping box, removed one bulb, opened the package without damaging it, installed the bulb, and found that it flickered as badly as all other LED bulbs we tried. I boxed it back up, sealed the original shipping box without having touched any of the other 9 bulbs, called up for an RMA, and shipped out the return at my own expense.

Ultimately, I was credited for half of the return (5 bulbs). I called support and they informed me that 5 of the returned bulbs had been ripped open and thus were unsellable. I don't know how this could be since I didn't touch any of them. Why would I, after the first proved unsuitable?

After return shipping, I've received back $22.61 of the $106 I originally paid. I realize that's not a ton of money, but I'm just a guy trying to modernize a small outfit out of my own pocket, and it is to me. If I'd known how this would go down, I'd have opted to just keep the bulbs and find places to use them.

I started to realize that my apartment has lack of light. It seems to me very dim and gloomy. In the evening I always turn on the lights and I realize that it's not enough for me. I often want to sleep as soon as the sun goes down, however according to my regime I have to stay awak at least couple of hours more. I have decided to replan lighting system in my home and acquire some new lamps and sconces. I have chosen this store beause it seemed to me quite reliable. Moreover, I found here lost of lamps on every taste, so the assortment here is pretty big. Managers helped me to determine whch lamps should be used for particular objectives.
