I tried to open my account.....but my word wasn't accepted. It tried to change my password.... NO. I won't have a dozen different passwords. I've got 2, one for sites where there is no money involved, and one password where my credit cards are attached. I was going to get a txt message with a security code.... I don't have smart phone? Is my only option to close my account?

I ordered a giddy up grill cleaner. I received a gold vacuum. Despite 3 internet attempts at incoming bulkhead, there has never been a response in over a month.

Want to return items. They appear to be knock offs. No brand name on the boxes. Type of power source plug out dated. Feel very cheap!!!

NEVER replied back to MULTIPLE emails about the veracity of a placed order! Will NEVER do business with this vendor again! Complaint has been lodged with the BBB and the Massachusetts office of the attorney general.

Your subsequent personalized emails address me as “Null”
Please cancel this order and refund my money.

Your ad said free shipping yesterday and I got charged over $14 for shipping. Not happy at all.

Ordered replacement bulbs (LED) for our boat. perfect fit and easy installation. They worked and looked great.

The product was cheap and didn't work effectively. I returned it in early July and still am waiting for my refund. Would NOT recommend giving any money to this company...they won't return it if you're not satisfied. Would give 0 stars but not allowed to.

I love your products! They are so unique and so handy and in many cases are something you wanted or needed but didn't know you wanted or needed it until you saw it in your ad. And they work! Good show!

Blue Bird was miss represented and way over priced.

Love the pocket hose, so easy to use. I found out Blub Head stands behind their products as they advertise. Totally happy with their produts.
