Avoid Bulk if you live in Spain — ZERO deliveries after 3 orders. An absolute nightmare.
I’m writing this review as a warning to anyone in Spain considering ordering from Bulk. I have now placed three separate orders, and NOT a single one has ever been delivered. NOT ONCE!!! The experience has been unbelievably frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Order #1: End of Oct
My first order was marked “out for delivery” multiple times, yet DHL Spain never attempted delivery. The status kept resetting daily, with no driver ever arriving at my address. Bulk eventually admitted there was an issue, but the order was never delivered. They sent a replacement.
Order #2: November (replacement for the missing and undelivered order)
Sadly, the second order followed the exact same pattern. DHL Spain again listed it as “out for delivery” every day, only to cancel the delivery without attempting it. Bulk continued to reassure me that it would arrive “today,” but of course, it never did. Another failed delivery.
Order #3:
As I write this review, my third order is still missing. Despite Bulk promising that it was due for delivery, DHL Spain has marked it “out for delivery” day after day and cancelled it every single time. No driver has ever come to my door. No calls. No messages. Nothing. It’s obvious this parcel isn’t going to be delivered either.
What makes this worse is Bulk’s complete inability to resolve any of these issues. Their responses are generic, repetitive, and ultimately useless.
They keep offering discount codes and replacements that never get delivered instead of addressing the root problem: their chosen courier in Spain simply does not deliver the packages. The parcels reach my city and then remain undelivered indefinitely.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a consistent pattern of failure across three separate orders. DHL Spain refuses to deliver, and Bulk has no effective system in place to escalate or fix the issue.
After weeks of chasing tracking updates and dealing with circular replies, I’ve lost all confidence in ordering from them.
If you live in Spain, I strongly recommend AVOIDING Bulk. The reality is that your package may never arrive, no matter how many times they tell you it’s “on the way.”
Choose for MyProtein instead, I ordered from them and within 5 days my order arrived!

Great prices, it's a shame that they just have shit shipping. I never got my package, got so tired of having to deal with DHL (the tracking said the package was in a pick-up point, it wasn't. They even admitted they didn't know where it was) that I requested a refund after being being hassled for weeks. Keep shipping with them, it's a great way to keep clients away

Good product, continually rising prices.
The product is good. I usually go for the vegan, vanilla protein powder. It has a great flavor and texture. Unfortunately the prices keep rising. Since September last year the price has gone up from 33 eur, to 39 eur, and then to 47 eur just last month for 2.5 kilos. They always say the price is discounted 60% or more, which is just a method to get people to buy, meanwhile the prices keep rising. It's misleading and dishonest. I will be looking elsewhere for protein powder.

The product is as described. Each packet comes with its own measuring cup. I would rather it a excellent but it is too sweet for my taste.Delivery took a while as there were two days when the depot wasn't open. I drove to Alguena to collect it .

Bulk deliver via DHL from Germany, who lie about the predicted delivery dates, lie about you changing the delivery details when they fail to deliver, and then dump your parcels at a collection point, after lying that they tried to deliver to your house.
