Products are fine but they use DHL as a courier who do not even attempt to deliver to my address (they don’t even call me to check I am at home). My nearest DHL collection point is 30 minutes away so this completely negates the point of ordering online which should be convenient. I don’t think I will order from Bulk again unless they change the courier.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! Absolutely disgraceful. You use DHL to deliver and they did not even ATTEMPT to deliver. They say my address is incomplete which is a total lie. It is perfect even triple checked it. First they say no one is home then they lie and say address incomplete. How can they know no one is home if my address was apparently wrong??? DHL do not care about customers they always have issues delivering. I am NEVER ordering from you ever again because of DHL. I am going ordering from MYPROTEIN as they use better couriers and have better prices!!! You should be embarrassed using them absolutely pathetic.You then offer me a 50% discount, YOUR STUFF IS ALWAYS 50% OFF!!!! I can't use that discount as it always on offer its a joke, you are a joke of a company!!!!! My delivery is 2hours away I want a refund!!!!
