Still no response from Bullard customer service and no ability to cancel a subscription on their website. No contact telephone number to speak to anyone so money is being taken from my account with no prior notification or way of stopping this.
DO NOT TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bullards you need to improve your website and extremely poor customer service

Missing Gin...and no customer service!

I placed an order for Coastal Gin refill pouches on 27 Apr however, despite payment being taken, I have not received my Gin, or any correspondence from Bullards.

I have attempted to contact Bullards direct through their website contact form, via email and Instagram with disappointingly, no response so far. There is also no contact number available on their website to enable a call.

I am a regular customer and often purchase Gin for myself and my friends (I grew up in Norwich so love that this product local to my upbringing, but something different for my friends).

Bullards - please contact me to provide an update on my order, alternatively, please process a refund.

Disappointed customer who is missing her much needed Gin refill!

I am very unhappy with how I have been treated by this company. I have tried to contact the company numerous times but their various email addresses and web 'contact forms' are all ignored. I went in store and left my details - also completely ignored. Remarkable for a company that holds itself out as in some way 'luxury' or 'premium'. This is not my idea of premium.

By way of update I must thank Russell Evans who has been in contact and been able to resolve my disappointment without fuss - thank you. His willingness to listen to my grumble was appreciated and he made a kind gesture to boot. I am happy to update my comments to reflect Russell kindly taking the time to speak.

First order arrived today. Fantastic stuff

I recently ordered the Coastal Gin, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The delivery was incredibly fast, and the gin itself is wonderfully refreshing with its coastal-inspired flavours. It’s smooth, aromatic, and perfect for a crisp G&T. I’ll definitely be ordering again – highly recommend!

I bought the Summer Pudding and Strawberry/Black Pepper gins and can highly recommend. Both very different but were very enjoyable

Disgusting advert

We joined Bullards' Gin Club a few months ago, and receive a flat pack refill delivered every two months. The last one had a slight leak. When we reported it to Bullards, they sent us a complete new pack by return of post. Excellent customer service, thank you!

We were on holiday in Norfolk and wanted to try a local gin, but were unable to do so due to the lockdown. I ordered some of yours online towards the end of our trip, and it arrived at our home on the day we returned!

Seamless service from start to finish - very impressive!

All went to plan and so far - so good but have yet to taste it as it is a birthday present To my son for the 15th!

I've purchased from Bullards a few times before, but this is the first time I've bought online. I received my refill pouch promptly and love that it came straight through the letterbox AND that I could just fill my old bottle up and send the pouch straight back - genius! Oh and the London Dry makes a delicious Vesper Martini. 😋

Got into Bullards by our local pub's extensive selection. Never fails to impress!
