Connection Speed is fast. Setup is very easy! Support ist also very fast and very competent.

At the date of this review there was no way to create Wireguard config files by oneself. The support will provide it very fast though. This will be changed in the future.

BulletVPN works initially to establish a DSTV connection for live viewing, but is unable to hold it, and one gets kicked out. The frustration levels are immense. The poor rating is because it fails to do what it commits to doing

Excellent product that does what it claims. Great customer service. Very responsive both in pre and post sale and they listen to the customer. Highly recommended.

BulletVPN does not work with DSTV. I managed to use it for a short while with a really poor DSTV suportsport live picture. (ShowMax worked well). I tred both the BulletVPN and SmartDNS options. BulletVPN did not offer any solution. I don’t think they have one. Cancelled my one month subscription.

When I first purchased BulletVPN I had connection issues of it disconnecting with Kill Switch and Bullet Shield not working correctly and exposing my real IP. Updates and v2 fixed all my problems and this has turned out to be a 5 Star product! The servers used are incredible and have extremely good speed and reliability also. In my opinion, for the cost and performance you can not do better than BulletVPN.

The service is great, the ovpn protocol works fast and reliably at my full connection speed around 150 Mbps. Additionally, the wireguard protocol is available, just write to the service and they will provide the appropriate configuration files. I am very happy with this VPN.

Bullet VPN works great with streaming Binge and other services overseas. I highly recommend this product. The customer service team is also great in responding to queries.

I used this service to stream a sporting event from Australia (rugby league grand final). I found it simple to use, inexpensive and effective. I was able to watch the game without buffering snd for much cheaper than having to buy a pay-per-view package ($10 vs $80). I’d use it again and would recommend it to anyone.

I had an issue with my subscription and customer service was swift in solving it.

The speeds are seriously like a bullet, there is little loss only 2-5mbps on my 50mbps connection. The amount of protocols they offer and the support seems to be great so a genuinely nice VPN.

They have a very good customer service, but their vpn didn't work from the first time and needed something else on their part to be done. And also I can't uninstall their application from pc!

Not working! Missing the springbok and all blacks game!!!!! Why did I pay for a service that isn't working?!?!

Bulletvpn has always been quick to respond and help. Its been a trustworthy service to use and has done exactly what we needed it for. I would recommend them any day.

I have been using Bullet VPN for a few months now and the reason I switched to Bullet is that I had already bought a 2-year account with another big name VPN, however, because I watch a lot of sports from Australia and around the World, mainly Kayo Sports from outside Aus.
The other companies VPN service worked at first, and then out of the blue completely stopped working, and their own support could not even fix the problem, so that was the end of that, a waste of 2 yrs subscription, and so the search started for another VPN.
But this time I would be very careful when choosing so I didn't get sucked in again and I wanted 5 must-have features:
1- 24hr Reliable Connection Uptime
2- Guaranteed Support Online
3- Must Be Affordable
4- 100% must work with Kayo...period.
5- One-Click Connection Options

Well, it took me a full 2 days browsing all the VPNs, large and small ones I have never heard of, basically any VPN I could find and then cross-checked all the reviews tied to these companies from everywhere.
Then I came across a post from the Bullet VPN, Blog online, and it was from a customer asking about the same thing I was and Bullet answered every single question with a Yes, Yeah Right! Too good to be true wouldn't you think.
But to be honest, I could not find a better option after all that searching and reading and at the time Bullet was running a promotion and so I took a chance and as they say the rest is history.
I am so happy to report that, that Bullet Blog post turned out to be 100% true and correct and I experienced all the features I had wanted and needed.
I have had 3 occasions to contact Bullet support, and these times happened at night, late at night, right before the games started, and you know what goes thru yr mind, "here we go again"!
So I logged on to Bullet online, and they have that Chat Bot on the bottom of their website, and most times on other sites no one answers, however, I got a reply within say 15 seconds, and I just thought it was a chat robot, so I asked it a few human questions and it replied with his name and it actually was a real person and within another 60 seconds he had me re-connected to Kayo hassle-free, I love it. By the way it was my fault because I had not downloaded the new VPN upgrade and overall I can not say a bad thing about Bullet.
One other option they have I wanted to share with you, they have 10's and 10's of different countries around the world covered, and various networks, but with the Kayo options, there is multiple servers, so you never, not have a connection to rely on.
The stream is always fast, full high definition, I can always connect to Kayo, Formula One and US Gridiron, in fact, I watched Tom Brady and the Bucs Win their First SuperBowl in 16 years or so, it was really awesome and Brady did it again, just amazing no matter what time of day or night.
Support always follows up with my support calls, not many companies do that today, so I am happy to write this review because they have earned it and I enjoy their genuine, efficient, fast and reliable service that much I subscribed for 3 years without hesitation.
And in another few weeks, I am going to watch South Sydney Rabbitohs Win the Rugby League Grand Final

In case yr wondering, No I do not work for them, this is not a paid review and all opinions are my own. Give them a try if you have had enough of the other vpn's poor service because I honestly believe you will be pleasantly surprised and impressed with all the features and benefits I just mentioned.

I want to watch Kayosports in Australia, from Thailand. Tried other vpn's and the best known ones could not do it. Tried Bullet and was able to get access - until recently. I can still stream - but the quality is appalling and unwatchable. Have contracted them many times and continually get the same response that they are working on it. Well - I have just about given up with them - wasted my subscription.

Still having the same issues - cannot get a stable stream from kaysports - either it does not connect or it connects at a very poor quality. Continually get the same response from bulletvpn - they are looking at it. Wish they would do something other than just look.
So far - no satisfaction at all.

I'd like to add some good information about BulletVPN.

Just recently, I've learned that I can use that fast, modern, and secure Wireguard protocol with BulletVPN.
I just needed to ask BulletVPN to create a configuration file/s for this/that specific server location.
After I've downloaded the Wireguard app, it's very easy to add BulletVPN's configuration/"TUNNEL" to the Wireguard app, and within seconds, I was using BulletVPN with the fast Wireguard protocol.

Now, here are the facts about Wireguard from my personal experience.

Without any VPN, my Internet speed, while using Chrome, (I'd like to try my Internet with the same browser) is about 530Mbps.
With a connected VPN (I've have a lot of VPN's) service but without Wireguard, I can get between 70Mbps and 120Mbps of the Internet speed with the same, Chrome browser.
When I connect to a/any VPN service (I've tested several of them) with Wireguard, I can get around 230Mbps, but...
With the BulletVPN Wireguard configuration and checkmarked "experimental kernel driver" on Wireguard App, I'm getting about 340Mbps(!).
It's the HIGHEST EVER(!!!) Internet speed I've seen on my computer.
I'm very impressed.

What's more, I have not experienced any issues(!) with my Internet VPN connectivity (drops, slowdowns, unreachable servers,etc...) while using BulletVPN -
1.) the fastest VPN (for my location),
2.) a very safe VPN (AES 256-bit encoding, a military-level encryption, as well as BulletShield),
and a very private VPN ( NO LOGS!).

P.S. Yes, BulletVPN allows P2P sharing and supports torrenting apps, like BitTorrent. It's a very important feature for some users.

really like this VPN - able to view a channel in Sweden that was not easy to view - We tried 2 others before signing up to this one. The other two did not work - this one did. They even gave us a 24 hour free trial.

Had an issue with logging into my vpn account to turn it on. Kept telling me my connection was bad, but I was clearly connected to the internet. Chat support guided me toward uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again, then it worked perfectly fine. It was a quick and easy fix with great support. Thanks.
