AVOID!!
Really disappointed with my experience with this company.

I ordered a collar with embroidery, and unfortunately the quality of the finished product was well below what I would consider acceptable. The embroidery looked poorly done and not up to a reasonable standard.

When I contacted them, they pointed to their “no returns on embroidery” policy and refused to offer a proper resolution. While they did offer to refund the £8.99 embroidery fee as a “gesture of goodwill,” they would not take responsibility for the overall quality of the item itself.

I completely understand that personalised items can’t usually be returned for preference reasons—but that shouldn’t apply when the product is clearly substandard. A policy shouldn’t be used to avoid responsibility for poor workmanship.

Overall, very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this issue was handled.

Looking for a great harness for my dog who is quite big and strong, found Bullyion online and all the reviews and pictures were great. I got a harness for him which is made special for mastiff dogs and other larger breeds. My dogs loves it and is comfortable in it and knows when he sees it that it's walking time.

Fantastic customer service & Communication is outstanding.
I accidentally requested engraving on the collar (my bad), but received an email explaining that they only do embroidery.
Shipping was on time.
Collar fits & looks great, as does lead.
Fantastic quality collar & lead is very comfortable in hand.
I won't be buying anywhere else for these again.

After some shocking customer service from a so called competitor! I found Bullyion great. Excellent quality product, reasonable price and quick delivery. New user so can’t comment on product longevity

Great quality and good choice of styles and colours also with really nice embroidery customisation on alot of the bits got myself a lead and collar bundle and a harness all look really good on my boy and he seems comfortable with them. Happy customer

Excellent company went above and beyond to ensure I got the product I wanted . The harness and lead is superb fits really well and looks great .

It doesn’t fit around my Fox Red Labs chest, I followed your guide. This is the third time I’ve said that I want to return it.

We have had 3 harnesses and leads from Bullyion for our bulldogs, they by far the best harnesses and leads we have ever bought very strong and comfortable perfect fit for our dogs 🐕, ever order was with us within a couple of days excellent service will definitely use them again. 👍👍👍 thanks Roy 😊

Really happy with the quality of the product , seems really durable and well made , soft gel handle on leads and inside of collars for comfort , I will definitely put this product through its paces as my dogs are on the forest most days , we purchased the 2.5cm for our 3 frenches , I was a little concerned at first if they would be too bulky and heavy as our smallest Frenchie is only 10.5 kg. 11.5 kg and 12.5 kg , I do fear the product may be a little bit to heavy and bulky for our smallest, but it doesn’t seem to bother her so I will continue to persevere , one of the leads turned up incorrect, but I actually really like the design and works well so I wasn’t interested in pursuing a refund , this was nice to trial the different leads and it’s just down to personal choice , we had the collars personalised with their names. I would highly recommend this , especially if purchasing for multiple pooches and just looks cool . Given the choice to purchase again if there was an option not to have the handle on a 2.5cm colour I would likely go for this as I think it does irritate them a little when they’re running through the forest but more than ideal for pavement walks and general day today . Highly recommend but I would love to put my own personal touches on the product.

I had to change item to bigger size and was handled great by the Bullyion team I have no issues and will always purchase Blu collars leads n harness from Bullyion top gear for my boy

Lovely quality. Fits the dog comfortably which is great as he is a very large Cane Corso. Having his name embroided on the collar is really cool. I would definitely recommend.

Easy website. I was surprised how quick it was delivered. Especially as it needed personalised. I’ve used now for a month and I’m really impressed with the quality

The three items I bought all seem to be of good quality, only time will tell.
The delivery arrived two days earlier than advised which I thought was good due to it being over the new year period.
