Where do I begin? .. I really can't praise Sam enough, she has been amazing a real life line and now a great friend nearly 7 months after having my little man, Sam's nickname in our house is Jacob's fairy godmother.

I done Sam's yoga class and ended up doing 2 and a half terms...she couldn't get rid of me and I didnt want to stop as it was time for myself to just relax during my crazy busy life. I attended my last class 5 days before I went into labour.
With any new class you start it's always a bit daunting and your nervous but as soon as you walk in for the first time Sam is so welcoming and friendly and it's like you have been friends forever, from this yoga class I met some lovely other mummys and our little ones are only weeks apart so we now attend baby classes together. Along with the yoga, Sam always made time for a group chat and for her to answer any questions you had and chat time was always accompanied with tea and cake.

My husband and I also attended the couples class and again it was great, as it gave us all the information you could need. Sam's way of teaching is straight forward and to the point, no airs and graces, she gives you all the information but doesnt ever say you should do it this way which is what we liked.
Both me and my husband went into labour feeling totally in control and knowing all our options...knowledge is definitely key and you can never have too much. Sam was genuinely happy to receive that text at 3.30am to let her know our little man had been born.

Everything you could wish for and more!
Sam is so lovely and caring, she puts you at ease - which definitely means a lot more when you’re pregnant! She answers any questions be it big or small ones or some you think are silly. Sam has a great approach to teaching, very clear and also visual which I found really helpful!
I would highly recommend Bumblebee birth for any expecting parents, you won’t be disappointed!

Sams classes turned out to be more than an antenatal class, they became a community and support throughout a difficult time. Not only did we gain invaluable knowledge about birth and looking after a newborn but we gained a confidant that we can go to at any time as well some good friends. The information we learnt helped us make important decisions confidently during birth. Sam has been on hand at any moment to support us any decisions and help us look after our newborn. Sam went beyond to find out information for us and reassure us about anything.
Even I lockdown we did not feel isolated, in fact we felt more connected.
I would highly recommend Sam’s classes.

Sam is a fantastic! I would recommend her services to anyone, her teaching methods, knowledge and love of all things birth are incredible. We had a one to one antenatal class and it was amazing.

Sam helped me to feel so calm and reassured about my birth and my birth choices. Sam also helped to prepare my husband which I think is so important as so often birth partners want to help but simply do not know how.

I highly recommend Sam's classes. As a nervous first time mummy I was looking for advice and an opportunity to meet other mummies to be, I gained more than I could ever have wished for.

I immediately felt like I was chatting with a friend and Sam was thoroughly informative and always took time to answer my many questions. I felt calm and prepared for whatever direction my birthing experience would take I will be forever thankful to Sam for all of her support not only during class but also when I was unwell and Sam took time to then check in and make sure me and bump were ok and post birth she took time to see how i was doing and if I needed any help or support re; feeding, I can assure you if you book classes with Sam you will get so much out of it.

I was also lucky enough to meet the best and nicest group of ladies who have become mine and my little girls best friends which is invaluable, your mummy village is everything in this journey and Sam will certainly be there to support you all the way.

I would book classes again if I was lucky enough to have more babies in the future.

Sam’s classes are amazing, so informative but relaxed allowing you to ask questions without feeling judged. Sam prepared me and my husband for the birth of our first baby and she has continued to support us through this difficult time, always being available to answer any questions that I have no matter how small they may be. I would 100% recommend Sam’s classes to any mum’s to be and I will be attending more with any future pregnancies I may have.

Well worth the money
I attended Sam’s antenatal classes with my wife (her idea not mine). I was not looking forward to them however Sam made the entire experience fantastic and well worth the money. Sam went out of her way to put my mind at rest when it came to being the spare part during labour and also answer my silly questions without making me feel like an idiot. My wife made many great mum friends which helps the whole process as they have WhatsApp groups to support each other. I can not recommend these classes enough.

I was having a really smooth pregnancy, when I started to think ahead to the birth and what it might entail. I researched so many private antenatal classes, as there are barely any by the NHS in my area and I didn’t really feel that my community midwife and I clicked. I wanted an experienced practitioner, who I could trust and would help me prepare for what I knew would be a big challenge - giving birth!
I came across Sam’s work online. My best friend is a midwife and recommended Sam after knowing her for years. It is honestly the best decision I made during pregnancy and every penny was money well spent.
Sam immediately makes you feel so welcome to her class, like you’re old friends about to catch up. She is knowledgable, friendly, approachable, trustworthy, honest and completely non-judgemental about every topic you discuss. She makes you feel empowered, because you know that you are in control and filled with the most up to date information. Birth doesn’t seem terrifying by the end of it, but something you are strong enough to achieve, like you are designed to do it. You are out under no false illusions about what will happen, you aren’t filled with promises of a “perfect” birth. You are given the tools to mentally handle whatever you face and to make informed decisions throughout the run up and during labour.
I also took from Sam’s group something I never expected - a group of mum friends who have become the people I am now closest to. And Sam is still always at the end of the phone now! It’s a support network I am now more grateful for than anything. Sam’s open environment that she creates allows you to talk and trust each other.
Thank you Sam for preparing me for a birth experience that was really positive and something I am so proud of. I know that you are to thank for that.

Sam was truly one of the most empowering and encouraging instructors I’ve ever known. She allowed me to learn and be educated not only in labour but actually the science behind what was going on inside my body and why it does what it does to prepare for birth! And guess what it works! Knowledge really is power!

I attended her yoga classes weekly which helped me meet my mummy friends who are now friends I speak to all day every day AND it taught me some invaluable skills to breathe properly when the “chips were down”.

My hubby and I also attended her couples classes which helped him put into perspective how labour was a marathon not a sprint as well as the baby basics in feeding, baby wearing, sleep dressing etc.

Amazing just amazing.

A friend of mine recommended Sam and I signed up to her classes, however due to the COVID 19 crisis we had to move online. Sam is so down-to-earth and knowledgable and after all her wise words and advice I feel so much more prepared for birth and beyond! Our Sunday evening group catch ups at this unpredictable and challenging time have been invaluable.
Sam thank you for all you do! Without your updates/ reassurance/ support over Lockdown I would have been a mess waiting for the birth of our first baby. You are a shining light! 🌟👏❤️

We booked a couples course with Sam and it changed our whole birthing experience we were so prepared for what happened! We went through days of labour with induction drugs added to the mix and all types of pain relief and ended up with an emergency section but it was such a calm perfect experience because we had knowledge and were so well informed! And we have Sam to thank! My husband loved the honest approach sam had with the boys and the encouragement to ask all questions and to be as involved as possible!
Taking classes with Sam will be one of the most beneficial things you will do for your pregnancy labour and beyond! She is also such a lovely person! You’ll have no regrets only for you don’t book 😁

I came across Sam and her classes half way through my pregnancy. I was suffering with bad back ache and was looking for a yoga based class that would allow me to ease my pain, as well as meet with other local mums and learn about impending labour.

I can't recommend Sam highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, but teaches you in a relaxed and informative way where you dont feel like you are back at school.

Sam has gone above and beyond during the covid pandemic continuing to advise, support and reassure during an incredibly uncertain and worring time.

I really cannot recommend Sam enough. Words fail me when it comes to describe the unique and passionate care and advice she delivers on all her classes. Her expertise, caring nature, and nurturing soul tick every box you could ever want ticking and a few more you didn't even know you you needed ticking in the care and guidance on her classes. I had a tricky first delivery, ending up in emergency surgery with my first born so was quite worried about the second. Sam talked through my first birth with me step by step, as many times as I needed, explained how and why what happened did and made me believe that I hadn't done anything wrong. She explained to me how my first birth was separate to my second and there was no reason why I should be worried or feel that they would be similar in any way. I threw q's at Sam all over the place as I wasn't convinced. She answered every q camly and confidently whilst not making me feel silly in anyway at all. Sam was right, my second birth was amazing, quick and pain relief free. Withthout Sam's guidance, my self doubt and nerves could have impacted my labour and things may not have gone so swimmingly. Sam and her care are like gold dust, if you have the opportunity to attend her classes, then you are very lucky. Take the opportunity, you won't regret it.

During our second pregnancy, my wife attended Sam’s anti-natal classes, which were a great help. Also, the constant advice and help, pretty much on tap, was one of the most valuable pieces of help we had.
