How Can I Miss You When You When You Won't Go Away?

I created an account with you (which was basically required in order to find out how little information you actually provided) and canceled it a short while later. Despite multiple "opt outs" on future communications on any topic whatsoever, you have continued to send me email follow ups. It's infuriating to be badgered for a review after I've told you multiple times I don't want to hear from you.

It's a total scam

It's a total scam. They advertise 1 dollar subscription and then they charge 30 dollars without any notice beforehand. And they deny to remove payment methods from the account. I will report scam to my bank and to the FTC.

I signed up for a $1 report (Membership ID: 531067534) and was surprised by an unauthorized $27.99 charge. Their welcome email explicitly says: "If you're dissatisfied... we will gladly offer a refund," yet their support only sends automated replies ignoring my request. I haven't used the service since day one. I demand a full refund as promised in their own terms.

Dishonest website and company

I didn't sign anything to be charged monthly for something I didn't use. I tried cancelling and still got charged this month. This service is a total scam and very unreliable. They should be prosecuted for ripping people off and making misleading statements. People like this need to be held accountable for their actions, which is totally dishonest.

I actually do not even recall signing up for bumper. dot com so you must have been an ad on or something that I didn't know about. Until I used rocket money to figure, you guys had latched onto me somehow, so I think it was deceptive.Then I even had you.

Don’t use this company

This service is a scandal I got threw to customer service and they was saying they are a third party an ended up putting the phone down on me, but this is the company taken my money bare in mind they shouldn’t be even taken money in the first place said I didn’t want the service untill my warranty runs out what is not for another 5 months an they have took about 3 payments already terrible service I’ll be claiming all my money back from the bank an be having this situation investigated

Avoid / Fraud There are no updates so if you pay for monitoring, you're getting ripped off

I used the service to track a VIN number for a vehicle that I was looking at purchasing, specifically a camper. It should have clear title. I was happy so I kept it to watch for the title change after I purchased it

Over the last 3 months it showed zero updates. I've already had the title changed and sent to me physically in my hands and it still doesn't show any updates yet. I'm still getting billed almost $28 a month

I think this is a total scam. There's no evidence here to support that any of this is up to date at all ever. So what are you actually monitoring? If they're not updating it, I consider that false advertising

The data base only goes back to 1981, but they don't tell you that. Instead they have you pay and the search turns up zero information. They provide absolutely no information about your vehicle. Basically scammers.

Additionally, our data includes vehicles after 1981 when the standard 17-digit VIN was created. Automobiles, motorcycles, trucks and buses may contain vehicle history records. Unfortunately, we don't have history reports for RVs, motorhomes and tractors.

Canceled my account they still charged for service. Email, calls, and chats are all bots and do not provide service. DO NOT use this service!!!!!

Update: Bumper finally followed up and refunded my money. It was difficult to get passed all the auto responses, but they finally did come through with the refund.
