Not a good product
We bought some flowers for an event, the order came a day late, damaged, in poor shape and contained flowers we didn't order. To try to get a refund you need to send in pictures of the flowers, we did, but still no reply...
I recommend buying from somewhere else.

Mouldy flower and no refund
I'm a florist designer and ordered 250 roses for Valentine's Day. And these are suppose to be premium flowers from this company. But I recieved them in one box and they were all moulded. The first bundle was not as bad, but the heads were falling off. I took pictures of every thing (I wish I can post it here for everyone to see), by the second and 3rd bundle, they were mouldy and and all the heads just fell off as I picked them up. By the 4th and 5th bundle.. the roses were all covered in thick mouldy fur. And by the end going through all the bundles, they were just disgusting... I took a lot of picture in the beginning because I was freaking out and in completely panic mode. And I called them 4 times while I was opening bundles by bundles. The guy on the phone said to take pictures od them, which I did and emailed to them. After 10 days, I didn't get one response after number of email and voice mails I sent. I finally got through today, and the girl said they will only refund me a portion..($150, my entire bill was $650, and they didn't even give me my 10% off for first time purchase like they said they will in the email). So I understand they have their policies, that I have to take picture of my entire order to get a full refund. But I have more than 30 difference photos of all the mouldy roses, and they wouldn't do anything.
My biggest concern is that, when I called the day I recieved the flowers... I called 4 times, never once they guy told me that I had to take picture of my entire order. And he told me that they don't work on Sunday, so if no one get back to me by end of the day (that Saturday) then someone will have to get back to me on Monday (valentines is on Tuesday) and I can't wait until Monday to put them in water for them to open then do my designs so I bought roses for $4 each st a local vender....... and now they wouldn't refund me my total order because I didn't take a picture of my entire damaged order. So.... I do not understand why when I called on Saturday, FOUR times, and he failed to tell me what to do.. and now I can't get my full refund of mouldy flowers that I had to throw all of them out..
So advice to buyers... this is my second time getting flowers from them, first time it went okay, there was no quality issues. But be aware of their customer service. When things goes bad, they don't take ownership and take no responsibilities. And they blame the customer even when we seeked out for help. And they did not provide me the right info, and therefore I an not recieving a full refund.. in other words I paid $650 for flowers that went into garbage..
I'm just saying, you can take your chances with this company, but this will be my last time ordering from them. I can understand that things may go wrong sometimes, but how they dealt with this issue, was terrible and not helpful. Dont bother expect a response from your complaint emails, because they don't care. I had to call to get an unsatisfied response.
I am glad this happened, because it forced me to look else where, and let me tell you, there are way better vendors than this! Contact me if you need other venders!

Don't buy from here
I don't like leaving poor reviews but this place is terrible. We ordered some flowers for our wedding that were supposed to arrive the day before. On the day before our wedding the company calls us and tells us that they had misplaced our order and they will refund our money. No problem solving to try and help us fix our no flowers for our wedding problem. So we are forced to spend the day before our wedding sourcing some flowers. I won't ever use this company again and tell everyone I know not to use them.
If you can't get orders straight you shouldn't be in business. Judging by all of the poor reviews on here, we shouldn't have used them in the first place.
Hopefully this review along with the other bad ones can encourage people to look elsewhere.
Wedding ruiners
I just received a call from this site, the day before my wedding, informing me my order was lost and I would be refunded the full amount.
No attempt to help scramble together some items, no sincere apologies, the day before a wedding cancelling the flowers altogether is completely unacceptable.
Thanks for nothing. Never ever ever ever use this service.
UPDATE: The response below was not at all what I heard on the phone, which was a half apology, more matter of fact "we lost your order, there is nothing we can do". I think it is very obvious from all the posts on this site, but to emphasize you must NOT believe their replies about how sincerely sorry they are.
Also, I was able to get flowers from a local florist the day before my wedding, and they were almost all the EXACT SAME KINDS they claim to be so rare in their response (eucalyptus is not rare). The real kicker is I paid LESS for the rushed last minute flowers. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! You can get reasonable prices at smaller businesses who will treat you the way you should be for your special event.

Awesome selections, pricing, and customer service!!
Funeral order didn't come on promised date...
I ordered rose petals for a funeral service. On the day before the service when the petals were scheduled to arrive I hadn't received a shipment notice so I called customer service. They assured me the petals were shipped and would arrive. I spoke to them 3 different times and each time they said they didn't have a tracking number but thought the item had shipped. It didn't actually ship until a day later, after the funeral. Not only did I pay for flowers I couldn't use, I got false information that left me with no time to make other arrangements. I've emailed their support department twice since, without any response. This company is dishonest and out for a quick buck. Grieving my father was hard enough without this needless dishonesty and poor customer service.
poor service
They claim to offer a discount to new customers but don't send the discount code until a month+ when you sign up and then you are no longer considered a new customer. When I contacted customer support about a problem ordering the agent just stopped responding when I complained about their poor business practices. They made no attempt to fix the problem and I never even was able to place an order (which probably turned out to be a good thing if their product is anything like their service).

You don't get what they promise
I rarely complain, but the customer service was so poor, that I felt I had to say something. I ordered the "Passionate Night" corsage for my son to give to his girlfriend for his homecoming dance. The picture showed a corsage with 7 roses and a long blue ribbon. The corsage we received had only 3 roses and no blue ribbon. To make matters worse, I left specific instructions that the package should be left in a cooler I placed on my porch, because I live in Texas and it is still 90 degrees out during the day. The flowers were left by the door in an area that gets direct sun and sat out there for 10 hours until I got home. The flowers were not severely damaged, but the edges of the white roses were all turning brown. The email regarding the delivery said to call if there was any damage. I called the customer service number immediately and, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, was asked to email a picture. I sent a picture of both what we expected to receive and what we got. Today (5 days later) I finally received a response that we got what we ordered and no refund would be forthcoming. I did not expect all the money to be refunded. I did, however, expect at least an apology and possibly a discount. I understand that sometimes substitutions have to be made, but there is a big difference between 7 white roses and only 3. I understand that the company may not have control over the delivery, but I left specific instructions that were not followed. I was told to call if the flowers were damaged, which I did. I explained in the email that the picture did not show the brown edges of the flowers very well, but they were brown and there were only 3 flowers. My son gave his girlfriend a small, wilted corsage and I did not even get an apology for this. I will not be using Bunches Direct in the future and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Overall great experience
I placed an order for 4 bouquets and 4 boutonnieres for my wedding which was couple weeks ago. I had a few questions about size and timing and when I called the customer service representative and the phone was answered right away. The rep was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
My order was delivered the morning of the day that it was supposed to be delivered. My only issue was that the bouquet was a bit smaller than I expected but other than that, everything else was fine.
Overall I had a great experience with this company and would use them again in the future.
awful
I dont trust this company. They sent 100 roses to the wrong address to the wrong state the day before the event. We had to borrow money and spent more on buying roses in the moment. We could not find all lavender roses we needed to we had to purchase white ones too. When i came home on Friday and let them know about the situation no help was offered. No overnight shipping... no money back and they said a manager would call me back the next day. NOBODY called then i call saturday only to be told tuesday. Its tuesday 10-11-16 and no one called. I was going to use this company for my upcoming wedding in February but ill take my chances with another company like FTD. They dont let you leave a review on their website unless its a good one.
No Refund for undelivered order
I ordered online from BunchesDirect.com.au, and recieved a call informing me that I had typed an incorrect number for my credit card. I was very apologetic and gladly gave the correct info. After payment was processed they informed me that I was outside the delivery area and would have to refund me. I was understanding and thanked them for their time. My refund has not come through and I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and phone and have gotten no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Very very unsatisfied and will be seeking legal action until I get my money back.

Nice and helpful until they get your money
I received my order on August 11th at 4:30 in the afternoon. Upon opening the first of five boxes I found that all 8 bunches of green mums were rotten to the point of decomposing. A reputable flower distributor would have sent them overnight with a morning delivery time. Don't blame it on the weather for heavens sake, you are the professionals you know what you are doing.
The sunflowers were in good condition, the seeded euc was brown and leathery, no way that it could have gotten that way in shipping. Had to have been sent that way. The delphinium fell off of the stems and was dry. The wristlet was not even included. The babys breath was crushed and broken. Seriously, how can you folks stay in business. Shame on you, you do not even have the courtesy to return my emails.

Refused Refund
After fighting with this company for weeks and only getting partial refund I reported them to the BBB. BD sent me a closed case email today saying they stand behind their flowers. Are you kidding me? They stand behind ruined wedding flowers? They steal your money and send dead flowers. I see all the bad reviews on here and I think they need to really change the way they do business. It seems not only my wedding was ruined. They are disgusting to steal from brides and compound the ruined memories by making a refund so hard to obtain after they clearly see the flowers in pictures and know they are ruined! Maybe some class action lawsuits are needed here to open their eyes. My flowers weren't just wilted from heat, they were dead. Brown and ruined! The box they arrived in was a joke. The flowers were just taped to the side of the box. What real flower company would send flowers like that?

SCAM
Worst company I've ever received customer service from. The woman on the phone was unprofessional and rude as she continuously threatened to hang up the call in my face numerous times. This company refuses to forward the call to a manager after asking. I cancelled my order 5 mins after noticing the ridiculous final price as it showed up AFTER I clicked the submit button. Bunches Direct REFUSED to give me back my FULL REFUND. It had been almost a week of continuously calling and emailing to give me at least half my money back and I still haven't received it yet. This Is the worst floral business I've ever come by, you are better off buying somewhere else. Very disrespectful employees as well as horrible customer service, I believe that this website is a hoax, I will not stop until I get the money I am entitled too. Order number: 5797

Let this be a warning to you... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You now have been warned so if you use them and your wedding is ruined you have no one to blame
We ordered a trial order to see what the quality would be since they appeared to be the best price but I warn you: you get what you pay for. The only thing we received for our order was a headache the hydrangea and roses we ordered were dead and the customer reps response was to rip pedals off and soak in water. We did this and the flowers the next day could be best described to be looking like garbage. I sent updated photos of the flowers to them and said there was no improvement but bunchesdirect.ca response was that they are perfectly fine and there is no issue. They do not stand behind their product, they want your cash and not your satisfaction, and you will not be happy. All reviews on their website are fabricated and heavily filtered, they are crooks and cons. If you order from them, be prepared to scrabble the day of you event looking for quality flowers locally.

do not use this company!
I just got married last weekend. A wedding on a budget and I had an awful experience with Bunches Direct. They are a horrible company with horrible customer service. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.
My flowers were on a delivery truck for 8 hours with no water, in a box all smooshed. I ordered them 3 days before my wedding, which was directed by someone on the phone before I ordered. I was not happy with what I had received. When I called to complain she told me to put them in water and wait. I waited 4 hours, and in a panic, because I'm the bride I couldn't wait anymore. I had to go out and spend another $100 on new flowers. When I received them they were smooshed and brown. They were not pure white as stated on the website. I didn't receive a receipt, care package or plant food. Which I was supposed to get. Apparently it was my job to know that the flowers would show up this way and it was my job to know it could take 2-4 days for them to come back?? One there website it said to wait several hours. I waited 2-3 and they did not come back. Just so you know I called the company twice before I ordered. No one said anything about this.
When I called to complain, which I called twice, both women proceeded to talk over me and yell at me and then hang up. Two different people. Awful awful service. They told me flat out I wouldn't receive any money back because they flowers were fine and the service was great. Horrible. Seriously, pay the extra dollar and go somewhere else! These people don't deserve to work in customer service.

Buyer Beware! Good Service, Dreadful product
I did my research before buying from Bunches Direct and had the best customer service, so expected good product. Only about 50% of 80 sunflowers ordered were usable, and of those only 20% were excellent quality. Even several of the bridesmaids bouquets had to settle for less than quality. Of 48 bunches babies breath, only those in clear packages--roughly 12--were free of mould and blackspots and opened nicely. The poor quality ones had purple writing/logo with "BellaFlor Group, Luxury Cut flowers". I lodged my complaint with Bunches Direct, and have been offered a $200 store credit, which I could share with a friend but am scared they would end up as disappointed, so hesitate to take that chance. Only after the fact now did I look for more reviews and discovered there are multiple complaints recently. Not sure what changed since late 2015 and early 2016 when I first researched the company and found good reviews, but I hope for their sake they get back on track because, apart from risking using them again and having the highest possible quality, I wouldn't recommend or trust them. If anyone is interested in pictures of what I describe here, feel free to message trudy(dot)metzger(at)rogers(dot)com.

Do not recommend
I ordered two types of flowers and some rose petals on their Canadian website in April for my May wedding and was pretty disappointed. One type of flower was delivered pretty squished, even though the box was pretty big. They just bound them together really tightly. The second type of flower I ordered was nowhere near open and although I ordered them 3 days before the day, more than half did not open in time. Between the droppy/squished flowers and ones that wouldn't open, I could only really use half of them for the wedding.
Not to mention, they didn't include any plant food, only sent one roll of floral tape when I had ordered two and although I had ordered the bi-coloured cream/pink rose petals, they sent me regular cream coloured. Overall, the quality wasn't there and my order was messed up.
We ended up buying mostly grocery store and farmer's market flowers the day before the wedding. They were MUCH more beautiful and we got three or four times the amount of flowers for less money than we spent with this company. I don't recommend ordering from bunches direct, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE
I am a professional floral designer and decided to use this company to supply flowers for a friends wedding. I staggaered the shipments of flowers because I knew some of the flowers needed more time to open than others. When I received my first shipment, all of the flowers were bad. It was old product and wilted. I called the company and asked for a refund of those flowers. I was told they would not refund me for those a, but would resend more flowers the next week. I received them two days before I needed them and they never opened. On top of that, they sent me the wrong lilies. When I called them back they told me they they were close enough to what I ordered and would only refund me the difference between what I ordered and what they sent. I had to purchase flowers from a local flower shop to replace what they sent me. Out of the next shipment they sent, there was more product that was old and molded. They sent me very short carnations and roses. Both of these products were not to spec according to their website. After contacting the company many times, they still refuse to refund me for their mistake! A friend of mine who was helping with another wedding the same weekend also received bad product from them. I was curious to see if there were other folks who had similar situations with this company and found there are several sites that give them bad reviews. Chances are, you may or may not get good product from them. It's a risk you have to take, and you need to understand that IF they send you bad product, their process for rectifying the situation will probably not be favorable to you. They will make excuses and lean on technicalities as a way out of their responsibilities.
