The reviews on the Bunionfree website are completely fake! Ordered a pair in hopes that they were actually legit...I received a cheap nasty smelling pair of shoes that were not even stitched in places. Oh and they don't do refunds! Bunionfree should be shut down

Cheap plastic and no refunds. No refunds but mentioned at time of sale.
Sizes are incorrect.

Cheap shoes - not quality at all. I would never wear these shoes they look horrible. I want my money back and will be disputing with my credit card. Nowhere when purchasing does it say no refunds on shoes.

Very disappointing experience. Junk items marketed as medical healing items. This site is fake, it's just a drop box for chinese low brand items. Don't fall for it. Hoping that you read this before you order anything.

HORRIFIC customer service! I have emailed six times and get NOTHING in return! When I received a "tracking" email that claimed it's US shipping, there was a 30 DIGIT random group of numbers that are clearly not a tracking number and does not show as an active number on any of the tracking sites. They took my money ASAP but now I can't even get a response as to when they will arrive? RETURN MY MONEY ASAP for lack of delivering a product or I am pursuing legal action within three business days.

Cheap, misshapen, not even close to the size and they give no refunds. Rip OFF!

I was extremely disappointed in these shoes. They are very cheaply made. Very cheap material as well. They fit too big in length but then smashed my toes by being too small at the end. Definitely not worth the price. Maybe worth $1. They will not refund your money at all. If they are not the correct size you have to take very detailed pictures to prove they are not the correct size and if you jump through all of their hoops, you can only exchange. A quote directly from the return and exchange policy, "If the quality is not as expected or if you don't like it or you have changed your mind and no more need the product, we won't be able to issue a refund." That should tell you I am not the first one to complain about the quality.

DO NOT PURCHASE! They are cheap plastic from China. After ordering, the shoes took a month to get to me. The shoes have a horrible chemical smell and were not the size that I ordered. A $60 lesson learned.

I’m writing you again very upset to make a claim. First of all, at the beginning of September I made a purchase through your website BUNIONFREE.COM. My purchase order is # 11009BF. They never specified on the pág. how long the shipping would take. When I saw that it was mor than 1 week and I had no news about it I decided to write to you an email asking for the shipment; you answers was, the shipment take between 8 to 15 days to arrive

This seems very wrong to me however I kept waiting; by spending more days waiting and still not having news, I wrote you again claiming the delay. At that time your answer was the ship take between 8 to 25 days ( porque days more than in the previous email) and also wrote me that “YOU ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR HOW LONG THE SHIPMENT TAKE”

It is very rude and irresponsible of you as a company to give that kind of answer to a customer, I think an apology is the best answer.
But my claims do not end here; after I spent more than 1 month waiting for my shoes ( it took 5 days more because I don’t live in USA an I had to wait for another shipment from there), I realized that you sent me 2 pairs of shoes size 39, I’m size 37 and this is very clear in the purchase order

So!, you will be not responsable for this either?. There are mor than $60 lost. I need you to solve this and returning them to you to be changed is not the solution for me, because those shoes would cost me much more expensive for a mistake that you made!

This company is a HUGE scam. I ordered these for my mom because they're supposed to help with bunions. The shoes are not as advertised and the sizes are completely inaccurate. My mom's doctor told her not to use this brand as it has very little success in helping with the pain when she walks. We told the company that we'd like a refund because her DOCTOR told her the shoes weren't going to be good for her condition. They REFUSE to give us a refund and are only offering store credit. What are we supposed to do with store credit if her doctor told her not to use the shoes?!

Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will be extremely disappointed.

This review is about their bunionette sleeves. My below avg review is based on the flawed design. I experienced a lot discomfort between my smallest toe and the toe next to it. I think this is because there is a big seam that runs between the two small toes. That seam constantly presses against the two small toes, and is really uncomfortable when you where shoes. There is also a seam on the big toe side, but my big toe is a little further apart than my small toe. So this is not as bothersome. In any case, the design should be seamless between the toes. No point in wearing sleeves to alleviate bunion discomfort only to replace it with pain between the toes.

Worst item and company I have ever dealt with on line. Quality is so poor and cheap!! Returned item per refund policy and still no refund. Don’t buy from this company they should be shut down. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I never had problems with them, they exchanged an item for free. I will buy some shoes soon because my mom also got their sandals and they are incredibly light and comfortable.

I do not like to give bad reviews. However this time I am very disappointed. The product was very poorly made, more like plastic. Smelled very strongly of chemicals. The size was off, I ordered one size up and shoes were too small and too wide. These are in no way medical shoes. They will not help with the bunions. With all honesty, this was a rip off. I have never been so disappointed with an online order as now. Also, they will NOT give you a refund no matter what. Bad product, bad customer service. Overall bad company.

Im trying to understand all the negative reviews and complaints. I saw this sight AFTER I purchased and regretted purchasing. But when they arrived in less time than thought and i really like them. The leather is real leather and the sole is quality rubber. Thinking of ordering another pair.

They have poor craftsmanship, slow delivery and nonexistent customer service. You will wait months for delivery. The Dollar Tree Store has better quality items. You are basically paying top dollar for junk. The company is so cheap they don't even ship in a boxes nor do they bother putting a fragile sticker on the package.
Buyers beware. The leather shoes aren't even pleather. I have no idea how they are able to stay in business

The product (shoes/sandals) do NOTHING to set your toe and/or bunion correctly. They are ill-fitting and the leather is hard and sharp. The customer service when I tried to return them was zero. In fact, if you read their info (I don't know how I missed this, they say that you cannot return them for virtually any reason). This is one of those companies that should not be allowed to exist as it is a harmful product that they are selling. Given all of that all of the positive reviews on their site have to be fake. There is no way it is otherwise. I highly recommend that you do not buy and if you already did just chuck them. Don't even try to return them - there is no way.

I should have read reviews before buying. My fault. This store has cute shoes but the quality of the sandal, the packing, and the customer service were awful. To their credit, when the first pair was delivered and I immediately wrote about the fact that the shoes were packaged in an envelope bag, resulting in two major creases in the body of the shoe, they made me send photos to prove 'damage' (which I did), and they apologized that there had been many complaints like mine and they were changing their packaging. Then comes the second pair a month later and I wrote that while they inserted air pillows in the shoe to prevent creasing, these didn't work. There was now 1 big crease in the body of the shoe. I wasn't well and waited a month to send more photos. No good - denial that the shoe was damaged, no refund. I didn't want a 3rd pair for heaven sake. This is a shoe company for heaven sake - they are not sending soft bedroom slippers. Why didn't they use stiff cardboard which conformed to the shape of the shoe and/or put the shoes in boxes like every other shoe company does. Dealing with these people was an aggravating experience. I shall dispose of these shoes in Goodwill. Hopefully someone will want to wear them.

Received the product 2 months after the order. Poor quality, cheap material, poor design and No medical value. Contacted bonionfree store, they have no refund policy. You can’t even leave a review on their site because The place is a scam.
