Ordered many times from bunny bistro and always a fantastic service which is why I keep coming back, the range of items are amazing, quality too. Lots of things you don't see at pet shops, good prices. Items always packed well and delivered quickly.

All their items are good quality and my bunnies always love it. Delivered fast and well packed.

I did buy a package of 2 tunnels size large that said it would suit rabbits. One was ok for small rabbits but one would maybe be suitable for a dwarf bunny only but more suited to guineapigs.

Half of the dandelion roots were chopped into tiny pieces. This was not due to rubbing together in transit, that just creates some dust. These are tiny chopped pieces not suitable for rabbits. I sent photos to show what and how much of each, proper roots and chopped rubbish. I was asked to return it intact and would be refunded. There are always some of these in the bag, but this was the worst.

I have finally found a decent hay subscription! I was looking for an alternative to burgess hay with dandelions since I wanted to use less plastic and the hay barely had any dandelions. Then I found Bunny Bistro! I love everything from the box the hay comes in (so easy to scoop out vs. more compact hay boxes.) I'm really pleased with the quantity of dried flowers, I have a very happy bun so thank you for selling such a top quality product.

My bunnies are eating 1st cut hay very well and they love their snacks, a lot of choices available like dandelion roots, hibiscus, chamomile, sticks etc as well as dry vegetables, fruit, oat, many different bundles to chose, bunnies can't be bored. Very good communication with seller. I can truly recommend shopping at Bunny Bistro.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering burdock root , in big roots (bunny teeth size!) , when I’m used to small pieces . However happy to purchase things for my horses which hasn’t been offered elsewhere. Good customer service and I would use again
