so far it's nice to use it
My 2nd month already, and it's been very comfortable managing my money with multiple accounts. Makes it easy to monitor and control spedndings....a real app for finance.

They seemed reasonable
Since the moment I started using bunq, I send a lot of transactions every month, and to be honest when I check fees at the end of the month, I understand how much money I save. They seemed reasonable, not the highest nor the lowest.
When I was working with traditional banks, I usually paid a lot of money on fees. That's why switching to bunq made sense to me.

The transaction history
Let’s talk about the importance of transparency. Most banks LACK qualitative information about all operations.
Here the situation is different. I apprecsdiate how detailed the transaction history is in the bunq app. Every payment is categorized automatically which helps me review my spending at the end of the month. I literally became more financial literate.

I am satisfied with it
I am satisfied with it. Got €35 earned on €2,000 savings, in less than a year. If I had €20,000, would be a lot more significant, but what I earned, still allowed me to pay for my subscription to bunq, easily, while getting all the main stuff. Budget categorization, IBANs, auto-sorting my expenses, the free withdrawals and free currency exchanges.

bunq travel card is the main reason for…
bunq travel card is the main reason for me, never seen a card for travel with more perks. No fees, and is designed for travel specifically. Free currency conversion, and its like infinite currencies. Havent found a currency that hasnt been available there. All zero fees to convert, they call it zeroFX. Whats more, its a debit card (good) that counts as credit for hotels and car rentals, so that they would accept it in either case. Important when traveling US, for example. And free ATM withdrawals in any country fot it too, and probably every country (dont know, havent tried).

The adaptation process with bunq was smooth and easy. I verified my account through the bunq app, submitted all the necessary documents, and had the account ready the same day. Since then I've been using it for everyday payments and it has been reliable so far. Even when I made a few wrong transactions, bunq reviewed those occasions, and I got my money back. Can't complain 2bh.

Its both good and bad
The mobile--only design is both good and bad. I dont really like website, I use it only for forum, and to get the tips. The app is the main deal, the website is more of an afterthought imo. The app to me is super--convenient for daily payments, but if you like like phone support, the experience may not be to your liking.

Over time it adds up
bunq’s savings faeatuers are actually quite helpful. I set up automatic transfers that move a small amount to savings every week. Over time it adds up. I don’t even notice this process while doing other stuff in my daily routine. Thanks to this, I saved a good amount of money in a few months. I have a small complaint - FINN is not working well as I expected at first.

as a bank's elite plan user, I did not appreciate travel insurance at first.
I remember that going abroad 2 yrs ago I had to pay quite a sum for insurance.
But with this neobank - my last trip overseas was cheaper,ngl, tnx to the insurance here...
