We appointed Burd Ward to deal with a Court of Protection application, simultaneously, alongside a house sale.
From start to finish, the team we dealt with - Matthew, Jane & Sandra showed total professionalism.
We were kept constantly updated and immediately advised of any developments. Any queries were dealt with swiftly and nothing was too much trouble.

I'm a DV survivor, going through divorce, ex in prison (house joint owned/tenancy), no job, no savings, living in sheltered accommodation...

Ngaire was so sympathetic and calm throughout. That was really needed because at least two of the buyers turned out to be quite nasty! Prisons are a nightmare to deal with too.

So they really had to work for their money with me. Like come up with ideas like sending paperwork to my ex first to return to them then sent to me to fill in so he never saw my personal details. That was really smart.

They were brill from start to finish, honestly. All staff I spoke to were polite and patient.

They'd given the option of capping their fees at the start which I did at £100 over the original quote. So having sales fall through didn't pile up the bills! I was really glad they let me do that.

They were fair and responsible and I always say the best way to judge anybody is by how they treat their most vulnerable customers... Well, I think I'm in that category and I can only sing their praises!
