Great promises, no follow through — the lifetime warranty never made it past day two.
Paul Burgio of Burgio Stucco arrived promptly, clipboard in hand, speaking the language of craftsmanship: “We only work with the best materials available… lifetime warranty… honest customer service… never compromise quality for time.”
It was a fine performance — the kind that makes you believe your home will be in the hands of a true artisan. He promised a written quotation within two days.
That was the last I heard from him.
No call. No email. No follow up. Just silence.
The irony? His website still proudly declares that contracts are only paid in full when the finished work is to your complete satisfaction. But “honest customer service” doesn’t begin when the scaffolding goes up — it begins with keeping your word, even in the smallest things, like sending the quote you promised.
Walls may stand for decades, but a reputation can crumble in days.

PS: Unmet commitments from owner/estimator left this homeowner disappointed.
