I purchased a bracelet for my Apple Watch, but I received it defective, I requested a return and refund within the legal deadline. I have been waiting for payment for 30 days. The company is terrible at post-sales, they don't respond to emails, and when they respond they say there were problems with payment. It's been 30 days and I still haven't received my money and no answers.
