This is a scam company ran by uneducated scam artists who charge you $2,000 for HCG hormone-infused supplements which cause post-menopausal bleeding in women and gynecomastia (growth of breasts on men) while telling you their products are all natural. Many people have been hospitalized bc of them and they’ve been reported to the FDA and forced to rebrand and hide themselves under new labels many times. They tell u to eat 800 calories a day and u will lose weight lol. That’s what you get for a grand total of $2,000. They’re bullies and trashy and will scream and yell like banshees if you don’t buy their scam. Avoid at all costs and spread the word to save others that might fall prey to them!

I couldn't loose the baby weight, then corantine happened, and I gained more weight. I have love/hate feelings for BurnFat, because their program definitely works, but it SUCKS! It shocks your system into change, and the key to success is to follow their instructions. I was attracted to this program because they don't allow "cheat days", but rather adjust your eating as you go, based on what your body needs to loose the weight (and keep it off). I recommend the program, but its not an "easy way out". You need to commit from beginning to end, and you need to want to change more than you want THAT meal.

I have had a good experience with this program. Krystal is very helpful and helps keep me on track. I did find it to be a little expensive and it is a tough program, but once you manage to train your self to eat the right way, you can keep the weight off.

WoW! BFO is amazing if you need direction, education and understanding on how to get a grip on losing fat. I was roaming around looking for ways to loose weight and fat. The myriad of promised weightl loss pills and programs only left me confused. BFO held me accountable and educated me in understand the process of burning fat and loosing weight. I have gone through the program before, about 6 years ago, but it is better now. The counselor, Krystal, has been very helpful and understanding when I failed to follow the program. The fact that the Burn Fat program continues to counsel clients for several sessions after the weight loss is completed, shows they really care about the client's well-being and in maintaining the new weight.

My burn fat experience was helpful and effective. I lost the desired amount of weight and had helpful counseling during the entire period.
I am still , and will always use the knowledge of healthy eating habits and portion control that I learned from the program. I have learned which foods trigger weight gain and how important it is to be properly hydrated.
I would recommend this program to anyone that is considering taking charge of there health and well being.

This was by far the best program that my wife and I have ever been a part of. I will continue to tell everyone I can about it. Both of us had a great time and full of energy. We would do it all over again if we had to. Thank you so much for helping us both change our lives.

My wife and I visited the Burn Fat Orlando on Dr. Phillips. Nellie and Ivy were so amazing to work with. I have never been on a program that worked so effectively and was so easy to follow. I have lost over 40 lbs and my wife has lost 36 pounds.
During the program, my wife and I never felt like we were deprived and every week we watched the pounds drop off and the energy level go through the roof. I went from 255 pounds down to 215 pounds. I never thought I would get the weight off, especially as I am nearing 60.
