Ordered a new RDA and coils after dropping my last one on concrete (bending the top cap out of shape) good selection of rebuildables including my favourite coils for RDA’s/RTA’s.
Ordered late Wednesday night and was shipped out Thursday, received the parcel and more than pleased with the service as well as the thought of securing my order with plenty of bubble wrap, overall 10/10 and would recommend.

Not a good start.

Ordered a few items. Then delivery took forever. I was out of juice for like 4 days then had to buy locally as my order was taking too long to come.

Then when it did arrive I was missing about 4 items.

They were refunded, but that's not the point. I want what I ordered not half an order .

I ordered on 28/2 then received email on 3/3 to verify ID which I did the same day. I didnt hear anything until I got email on 7/3 saying its been shipped then received on 8/3. I only received half my order and a note saying stock issue/refund. Why did this take 10 days to notify me of a stock issue? I eventually received the refund on 11/3 for items not shipped. The whole thing took nearly 2 weeks. This is very poor customer service and poor communications.

Excellent customer service, great product and arrived quickly

Tbh, it didn't go smoothly, as I was sent the wrong item. However I was then sent the correct item and was told I could keep the item I was incorrectly sent. Ultimately bvs will have made a loss on my purchase.

But there was no arguing, I informed them of their mistake with pictures, and they rectified it, simple as.

For that 5 stars and I will be back

I was apprehensive at first as I haven't used them before, however the receipt was sent straight away and the rda arrived alot quicker than expected. Great service.

Terrible service, you can't get to speak to anyone via phone, chat or e mail. Appalling, they take your money and then don't want to know. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had a choice.

Happy with my purchase but the dispatch is slow I ordered on the 28/01/24 but it wasn’t dispatched till the 31/01/24 although i sent them a message asking if it had been dispatched on the Monday because i had no email within 30 mins I received a dispatch email but royal mail says it was only dispatched yesterday. I did receive the order today finally

First time using Burn It Up Vape Store, one of the E liquid's I ordered was out of stock so got asked if I wanted to replace it with a similar flavour which is more expensive,but would sell it at the same price as the original E liquid, which I agreed to . So happy with the service and will purchase again from this company.
