My coat arrived earlier than which was good. I love it feels soft . Only next time, I would get a bigger size as unless you have a body of a model, most prefer their coats to be looser than than body

We dispatched your order 2 days after you placed it. The delay was from the courier. This could be due to covid, the holidays and it usually takes a 1-2 weeks for the parcel to travel from Sydney to Perth. If you'd like a faster delivery we recommend paying for express.
