Not a great service!
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I informed Abigail Burton the accountant from the beginning that I had moved from being a sole trader to a limited company, but around a year later I was told I had never mentioned this. I did not receive the guidance or reminders I expected, and my company was eventually dissolved due to missed Companies House filings.
After paying to Abigail and asking her for help with the restoration process, the work was not started promptly. When I asked about the delay, I was given an explanation that did not match the information I had received directly from Companies House. I therefore lost confidence in the service and requested a refund. Although most of the money was returned, £125 was retained for time spent replying to WhatsApp messages, which I felt was unreasonable.
This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company to anyone.
