I cannot express how grateful I am for the help you have provided from the beginning of the call to the end. You resolved all of my queries and was patient with me when I sent LOA and confirmed details for the accounts. Letting me know about the portal is very useful as I now have direct access which is more efficient for me to carry out my responsibilities for these accounts.
Comparing this client experience to other utilities which we communicate with every week, it's like night and day. You have been so helpful and efficient. You were very clear, organised and were willing to help beyond my original query.
