Phil was FANTASTIC!

Currys Business sold me a great product at a great price. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong version of the product. When I called customer service, Natalie took responsibility, listened, understood the issue, and solved it with absolute professionalism and efficiency. Companies should be judged on how they behave when something goes wrong; and Natalie deserves five stars. I hope her manager appreciates her!

Working with Ella has been brilliant she has gone out of her way to make our transaction quick and easy. Brilliant service Ella, thank you.

I paid for a keyboard and received confirmation from Currys on Saturday the 11th. According to the email, this would be 'Usually delivered next business day.' I waited a week, then emailed back. No reply. Can you send me the keyboard very soon or a refund. This is not good.

Cant lie, i had an awful experience trying to get a price match for weeks from a few different agents who said they "cant" on an item that had a 30% mark up. But then in the end i tried one more time to resolve it and one of the agents replying here and her line manager were the BEST. They were shocked that id been rejected so many times, immediately granted the full price match reduction with apology (dispite others saying they physically cannot do it), and treat me very well to get my voucher credit trap problem resolved via price match. They were friendly and didnt hesitate in the end. Im grateful for those two for saving the day. Though the mixed price matching abilities from Currys as a whole on the same item is confusing, in the end it was honoured seamlessly after losing a few attempts over the phone with prior agents. Top service from D and S. Only thing is, the box arrived without a seal, black tape was cut/broken and box had been opened (and came in the original box, no outer box). Cant tell if that makes it a refurb or not as a result ♥️🙏

I had an issue with my one year old router and Curry’s people made all they could to look for the best solution to replace it.

Ordered items on Tuesday 7th, advertised as next day, latest 3 days. Store delivery and collection to make things easier. Dispatch notice comes through Thursday 9th. I have to chase on Monday & Tuesday. Advised customer service I need both items by the Friday at the latest for a presentation, that if they weren’t going to be here Thursday, to refund me there and then and I can buy next day somewhere else. I was advised I would get an update by the end of the day, got nothing. Customer service advise they can only email the store and have no direct line of communication. I call the store number listed online myself and end up connected to a call centre in India that go around and around with pre written script and can’t give me a direct number to the store. Items arrive separately and ready to collect Friday 17th, 10 days and 7 working days after fully paid order. Welcome to Curry’s Business, welcome to UK business, if your business depends on you, don’t depend on them. Absolute tosh and useless. I wished I’d trusted my gut and just gone elsewhere.

Non Delivery and still waiting for refund

Thank you for your comments regarding my original complaint as above
However your words mean nothing if there is no follow up regarding my refund.
To date I have had no communication email or telephone.
Please confirm a timeline that I will receive a phone call or email by, also date as to when the refund will be made.
To say I am very upset by the service I have received is an understatement.
The lack professionalism and uncaring attitude for a Company like Curry's is totally unacceptable .

Ella in customer services provided a prompt and helpful answer to my query in relation to a delivery. Providing a picture to show the appliance installed, was a nice touch that was much appreciated.

Really great service from Grace and Ibukun at Currys in Horsted, Chatham.
Grace helped me find a laptop to suit what I needed for work, and pointed me to a great offer.
Ibukun, in the business centre, was so helpful too.
They were both really approachable and helpful, and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I've since recommended a friend, who had been putting it off like I had been - and she went to Currys to get the same model of laptop.

Ella in customer service was so helpful when dealing with my order that had an incorrect item shipped. Even refunded me with no quibble. I will be using Curry's again.

I received an email from Curry's to state that they were unable to deliver the fridge freezer that I ordered however, I subsequently heard nothing else so I called customer services. Natalie was great in resolving the issue and the item was delivered within a few days. Great Customer Support, thank you

Lacey was very helpful and responsive in assisting me with a return and obtaining the refund.

I was apprehensive about using curry's again after such previous bad experiences but went ahead and here we go again money taken email received they have no record of purchase .
STAY WELL CLEAR

Poor communication, they lost order on system had to pay again- 3weeks later I am still Awaiting a refund of £750.

It was lost in the system, not even sent out.

Delayed kitchen fitting by 2.5 weeks as they could not help due to system issues.
No care what so ever - even getting a refund is hard work.

Went into store to sort,was then passed from post to post, worst customer service I have ever come across.

Do not use them - you have been warned.
