By far worst product ever made.

I don't understand how this is a multi-billion dollar company and they still manage to make such a flawed product with generic and undescriptive errors. Half of time you don't see the settings you need or something goes wrong and you get a very undescriptive error saying 'Something went wrong."

Why?

DO NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING META FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Meta will randomly shut you down out of the blue and there's no way to get in touch with Meta customer service. Emails go unanswered for weeks and Meta has made sure there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE.

Absolute disaster in just two years. I have been using business Facebook to sell my products online and have been doing all recommended things. However no sales and a huge budget spent for nothing ...

What a terrible company. My account has been blocked for over 8 months without any explanation, while a large amount of money is still tied up and completely inaccessible to me. Despite countless attempts to get help through Business Support and the payments team, I’m constantly being sent in circles. No one takes responsibility, no one helps, and I only receive generic automated responses that solve nothing.

It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and customer-unfriendly Meta treats business owners. This is no longer a minor mistake — this is pure negligence and indifference. They’re holding my money, offering no resolution, and leaving their customers completely stranded.

It's my belief that Meta/Facebook is now ran completely but AU (Artificial Unintelligence). It is impossible to get support. They believe their "technology" is superior and have no way to Un restrict an account once their AU has deemed it violated something, in my case, it violated itself because what I was doing was trying to share between my two business portfolios.

This is a disaster. There is no way to manage the business portfolio, I can't add any of my own pages. Connection to Woocommerce? I can't select any page!!!! Create a catalog? IMPOSSIBLE. Shame, I spent 3 days trying to do something with it, the plugin is creating new portfolios, where Ic an't assing anything. A garbage.

One of the worst platform to create a business page, Poor support ,illetrate people working on the site , with no real help.Doesnt give any clarification and so eager to shut the page down with no clarification or verification even if hackers have violated the page.Not reccommended at all.

The worst customer service. My ad account disabled because I have forgot to connect my paypal account with a working credit card. when they try charge me of $70 the payment didn't go through. So I have added a credit card and they charged me of $70 and they have disabled my ad account. for no reason. when I tried to contact them via live chat. The way they talk to you rude and they don't help, the employee have told me that he have created a case for me and it's been over 6 days and they have not activated my ad account. and they have told me that my business is being reviewed by specializes team who has not seen my case for over 6 days

One of the worst customer services, I will not recommend anyone to use Facebook ad, it’s like buying a pain. Very disappointed

The absolute worst platform and user experience I have ever encountered. no support and all of their support documentation is outdated. extremely confusing and ugly to look at, in all aspects

Decided to run an ad for a new page to kick start it. At the end of the day, it showed that I had gained 30 new followers, but when I checked there were only 8, and of those none came from the targeted audience. But I did attract a spammer who told me my account would be taken down. This has not inspired me to try again. Sadly unimpressed, very expensive, does not live up to expectations and insufficent security on FB to block the spammers.

account deleted for a reason that is not clear to me!! I also couldn't create a page and couldn't contact you. bad service!! Can't continue dropshipping now because they deleted my account
