Five months, a frozen business payment, and not one straight answer
I run a regulated‑banking advisory firm, so I don't say this lightly: Revolut Business support is the worst I have encountered from any financial institution.
A €36k payment from a client landed in our Revolut Bank UAB account in early March 2026. It was frozen on arrival. Five months later (!) it is still frozen, and in that time Revolut has:
- given no formal written explanation of the legal basis for roughly four weeks, and still no proper notice;
- told me at least three times that the payment was "approved and being processed", each time untrue;
- confirmed in writing that the funds would be reverted by 23 May 2026 — they were not;
- sent me the same upload link dozens of times that fails with an error, then told me to use an in‑app "Information request" banner that does not exist on my account;
- rotated me through dozens of agents and "specialist teams," each repeating the same script: "rest assured," "highest priority," "we'll update you" with zero progress;
- left multiple formal complaints without ever issuing a final response.
I understand checks happen. What is indefensible is 5(!) months with no written reason, no reference, no timeline, and no way to reach anyone with authority; only a chat function that resets the same answers.
I have now submitted 6 or 7 formal complaints requesting a final response letter, a GDPR data request, and I am escalating to the Bank of Lithuania as Revolut Bank UAB's supervisory authority.
If anyone at Revolut with actual authority reads this: my case reference is 61352-33379-60179. I would welcome a substantive reply, not another script.

Revolut is excellent for card payments, wallet-to-wallet transfers, investments, and foreign exchange transactions.
However, some app updates can disrupt the organisation of watchlists, requiring users to spend time setting them up again.

I went on a trip to another country and it was so easy to pay with my phone with the digital Revolut card. I didn’t need to change my money which was a huge perk for me. I use this card a lot and I don’t pay anything more than necessary. I really recommend this app.

Lounge Me passes scam - avoid!
I redeemed 2 passes to use Enfidha airport lounge. As the advertised menu wasn't available, the lounge voided them.
Revolut won't refund/reinstate as they consider them used! A redeemed pass should represent a valid service being provided. In this case, the service was not delivered as advertised, and the pass was subsequently voided by the lounge.
Nor would they provide me with the pass numbers. Absolute scam and terrible customer service. They seem its acceptable to pay for 2 passes but not be able to use them.
