Would not recommend! Where to start really… I brought a blue 2024 Ford Kuga in April. On my test drive the Satnav wasn’t working, so I said I would purchase the car provided it was fixed (naive!). The purchase went ahead but within 2 weeks the Satnav and also the radio were only working intermittently. I was assured by the branch manager that it would be a minor software update, however on collection I was advised it could not be repaired in Fakenham and would need to go to Norwich for the “Master Technician” to look at it. Following a delay of a couple of weeks it went in to Norwich where I was advised it was a “loose connection”. On driving home from Busseys Norwich the Satnav faulted twice and no DAB radio. Another phone call and visit to Norwich, this time my car was in for 2 days. It was decided it needed a new part from Germany so my car then had to go back in a couple of weeks later. After dropping my car off I got a phone call from the service desk to say the part was broken on arrival, however, they were going to get one for tomorrow. New part was fitted and again the next day, intermittent satnav/radio. I took photos and videos of the fault, however, I was advised in no uncertain terms that unless the car was not working when it was in their care they could not get Ford to reimburse them for any parts and work. Funny because I thought my warranty was with Busseys not Ford! I could go on all day but in total my car was in at Busseys for 19 days, I only had the car a month when it first went back! Then one morning I got in my car and the fault code was showing so I raced up to Busseys to show them so they could take the matter further with Ford. At last they believed me!!
As a result of this I was advised their “Master Technician” hadn’t seen anything like it and we had to wait for Ford to come up with suggestions to fix it, which could result in more backwards and forwards. This was the last straw and I sadly returned the car for a full refund. I was so upset but more than that despite getting a full refund I was still out of pocket, admin fees for insurance changes, paying 2 months tax up front, taxi’s when I was unable to have a loan car and of course the stress of it all.
I had a look at their website a week later and could not believe my car was already up for sale again! It had taken me 3 months in total trying to sort this out and it had been fixed within a week of me returning it. Enough said!!
Matthew was really helpful and full of information on vehicles.
Great experience and very welcoming.

The most straightforward and pleasant buying experience I've ever had - after 50 years of procuring vehicles personally and for my company fleet.
Jon Carnall, could not have been more helpful and accommodating - thoroughly professional throughout our dealings and warm / friendly at the same time.
I couldn't recommend Jon and Busseys highly enough - only gave 5 stars because there wasn't an option for 6!

⭐ One star — With no end in sight
Our experience with Busseys Whiffler Road has become exhausting.
It started with our previous vehicle, which we had taken to what we believed was a reputable main dealership because it had developed some issues. Instead of the professional service you would expect, there was a complete breakdown in communication on Busseys’ behalf, alongside a prolonged and frustrating service experience. This was later acknowledged by Busseys themselves, who accepted that the communication had fallen below the standard we should expect.
We ultimately required a replacement car as a result of that situation. Despite everything that had happened, we chose to buy the replacement from Busseys themselves, because we felt it gave them an opportunity to redeem the situation and allowed us to finally leave with some peace of mind.
We collected our replacement Ford Focus in March 2026.
Little more than 48 hours later, after undergoing Busseys’ advertised 115-point check, the car suffered a serious fault. My wife was left stranded late at night in a dangerous junction, unable to move the vehicle, and had to be helped to safety by members of the public while waiting for recovery.
Busseys repaired the car and, despite seriously considering rejecting it at that point, we decided to give both the vehicle and dealership another chance.
Then, in early August — barely four months after purchase — we reported further faults with the car. It returned to Busseys later that month. They carried out the necessary work and covered the costs, which I am happy to acknowledge.
We collected the vehicle following those repairs and now, incredibly, warnings are appearing on the dashboard again.
We are therefore preparing to take a car we bought only a few months ago back to Busseys for the third time.
At this point, this is no longer about one unfortunate mechanical fault. It is about repeatedly losing confidence in a family car we deliberately bought from a Ford main dealership because we believed that would give us greater reassurance.
The whole experience has placed a significant amount of stress on me, my wife and our family. The repeated garage visits, phone calls, emails, breakdowns, waiting for diagnoses and constant uncertainty over whether the car can actually be relied upon have turned what should have been the simple process of replacing a family car into months of worry and disruption.
There have been helpful individuals at Busseys, and they have covered repairs where appropriate. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that.
But looking at the experience as a whole — from the original service failure, to needing a replacement vehicle, buying that replacement from Busseys to give them another opportunity, the replacement failing within 48 hours, returning again only months later with further faults and now needing to go back for a third time — this has fallen far short of what we believed we were getting by choosing a reputable main dealership.
With no end in sight, I cannot recommend Busseys Whiffler Road based on our experience.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Busseys Norwich enough, and particularly Ant, who made buying our new Tourneo such a brilliant experience from start to finish.
We found the van on Auto Trader, but with it being over 4 hours away and with very limited flexibility to make multiple journeys, we were understandably nervous about committing to a vehicle we hadn’t seen in person. We’d also recently had a really disappointing experience with another dealer, having travelled a long way only to discover things about the vehicle that hadn’t been disclosed.
Ant completely put our minds at ease. He sent us detailed videos of both the inside and outside of the van, which gave us the confidence to make an informed decision before travelling. We were also able to send photos and videos of our existing car to make the part-exchange valuation as straightforward as possible.
When we arrived, there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the purchase. We had the opportunity to properly look over everything for ourselves — and, importantly, everything was exactly as it had been shown to us.
The whole process was smooth, transparent, hassle-free and genuinely enjoyable. In a world where buying a vehicle remotely can feel like a bit of a gamble, Ant gave us complete confidence throughout.
We’re absolutely delighted with our new Tourneo and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Busseys to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you, Ant, for making the whole experience so easy!

Had a service done on a van at 100,000 miles and it should of had a cam belt change at that point. It wasn't done and no advisary to have it done was issued. Ultimatly the wet belt has broken with catastrofic engine failure. We were told it was up to us to inform them it needed a belt change, as a company in a different field to mechanics I'm not sure how this can be the casee. Busseys have accepted no responsibilty and offered nothing towards the repair. Seems ludicrous we are in this situation and I would of expected more from a Ford main dealer.
This whole process has been quite laughable with Ford UK saying we had a perfectly good case for Bussey's to answer but they were unable to do anything more in the way of making Bussey's accountable. As a conclusion I have had to take the van to another garage to have the work done.
We are a very unhappy customers and would never use Bussey's again.
I was on holiday, along way from home, and staying in the middle of nowhere when my car developed a major fault.
I tried the Peugeot main dealer, with little success, so went to Busseys, Hall Road.
They could not have been more helpful. Meghan, Millie, and Wayne dealt with me, arranged to check my car even though the service department was very busy. Car was checked, they ensured they had the parts, and gave me a courtesy car, and within a couple of days (quicker than they said) had my car repaired. All the way through the encounter, the staff went above and beyond, a real credit to Busseys. I would highly recommend them. It's a shame they aren't my local garage!

Our work vehicle was originally booked for toward the end of July for a service whilst I was on annual leave. Upon returning I found out that only the brake fluid was replaced. I called and it was sorted efficiently. when the engineer arrived today for the service they could not allocate the loan vehicle that was booked. This was resolved, however our engineers are only making money whilst on the road. This afternoon I received a voice message with the cost. Trying to get hold of someone first time is never a win, so unfortunately I was on another call. I ended up going down with the engineer to question the bill and it is a good job that I did, as the agreed removal for the annual inspection had not been removed, even though there was a note for it. This then had to be sorted. Now bearing in mind that this was a 36k service along with front brake change, I would expect a main dealer to wash the vehicle. No wash. I have since called and apparently service washes are not done anymore. I find this very disappointing considering how much we have paid, and we have kept purchasing commercial vehicles from Busseys Norwich. I am an ex service advisor, so I do understand the pressure, however I would expect more when you are charging a £190.00 per hour!

I purchased a car from Bussey’s showroom Norwich, trading in my 3 year old Fiesta, the whole experience was hard work from start to finish, the sales assistant was new and obviously not trained by the company as she had to keep asking other staff what to do, I blame Busseys for this, there was also lack of communication between staff as they phoned to ask how I was enjoying the new car two weeks before I got it.
I was also having my own registration transferred which I paid extra for however had I taken the advice of Bussey’s staff to collect the new car I would have been driving illegally before it was registered to be on the road.
The new car was supposed to come with 12 months tax and mot but that didn’t happen.
I could go on further.
Not the happy smooth experience I was expecting.

Deanna, is an asset to the Busseys Norwich team. On our first interaction she greeted us like a friend rather than a customer and we had a great experience with her. She helped and communicated throughout our purchasing experience and we are very grateful of the support she gave us when switching to an electric model.

I enquired about a grenadier and John at Busseys couldn't have been more helpful, I had an extended time test driving the car and it absolutely confirmed how much I wanted one.
Although I ended up purchasing the car from another Ineos dealer (purely cost related), ultimately it was Jon at Busseys that sold me the Ineos with his customer service and attention to detail
