Great Service Team

Great Service Team - from booking, checking in and servicing I have been so impressed with the full team at Kia Norwich. Great communication while my car was serviced, videos and a polite call explaining issues found that required resolution. All completed on time and in budget. Great job guys and thanks.

Efficient & Friendly Booking Process

A telephone call to Holden Norwich to arrange a three year service and MoT was dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner by Ron Eskdale. He quickly confirmed that this was covered by the service package I had purchased previously so the costs were covered. He mentioned additional options that were available at the three year point but there was no hard sell for these. A date was arranged and this was then quickly confirmed by both email & text.

Excellent service

Had a problem with our Volvo and was given excellent service and advice from Matthew Buttle. He was extremely helpful and efficient and our problem was sorted by Volvo Assist in no time. Would highly recommend.

Lisa Henry is excellent, as is our Volvo!

Lisa Henry was absolutely the 💯 best telephone bookings advisor I have ever spoken to. She was calm, patient and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. I was being repeatedly an absolute idiot and yet she never once made me feel so!! Seriously I would almost stay with Volvo because of her alone!! 😅🤣

I originally had a appointment for 25th…

I originally had a appointment for 25th march and I thought it was 31st and they where very underwhelming. I've booked my car in again the lady was very helpful and we got car booked in for next week. From day one of dealing with them from getting the car on mobility which was superb service because they gave me several test drives and made everything so easy. So I would recommend Holden Garage at Norwich to everyone.

Great customer service

Booked my car service and MOT with Ron Eskdale, who was polite and very helpful.
I have no hesitation in recommending Holden Kia in Norwich who have been a breath of fresh air, in regards to main dealers, since I first went to their showroom in 2024.
