Buster + Punch is a London-born solid metal design label, founded in 2012 in a garage in East London by Massimo Minale. It started with a simple frustration - the door handles, switches and light fittings on the market at the time were dull, disposable, and built to be forgotten. Buster + Punch set out to make the opposite: hardware and lighting with weight, presence and attitude, built from real materials rather than plated or moulded substitutes.
Today the brand ships worldwide through four regional stores covering the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. The collection spans cabinet and door hardware, dimmers, switches and sockets, and lighting - from single pendants to full chandeliers - alongside a smaller range of furniture, home accessories and jewellery. Every piece is designed in-house and finished in solid brass, steel or smoked bronze, chosen because these materials age with a home rather than degrade against it.
The design language draws on London's fashion, music and subculture scenes as much as it does on traditional hardware manufacturing, and Buster + Punch regularly collaborates with street artists, bike builders and musicians on limited pieces. The result is a catalogue built for people who think about their interiors the way they think about what they wear - considered, distinctive, and built to last rather than replace.
We ship internationally to customers in over 180 countries. Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards and PayPal, with additional local payment methods offered at checkout depending on region, and trade credit account terms available for business and trade customers. Every order is covered by a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery, and our customer care team is available by email and phone for order tracking, aftercare advice, and support with damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
Whether you're specifying hardware for a single door or fitting out an entire build, Buster + Punch is designed to hold up under daily use and get better with age.

I would like to say a big thank you to John Wright at Buster + Punch for the wonderful way he looked after my case.
John was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I truly appreciate the time and care he put into helping me.
I was so impressed by the generosity and customer service I received. It’s lovely to see a company that genuinely values its customers.
Thank you so much, John, and the whole Buster + Punch team. You have made me a very happy customer!
Highly recommend Buster + Punch for their beautiful products and exceptional customer service.

Looks gorgeous but breaks easily and very poorly made. Outside is beautiful brass but inside is cheap poor plastic- light switch popped totally off after about a year. Another brass pull looked beautiful but the small circle holding the chain together wasn’t even soldered so chain kept falling off. Put it on things that you know are purely for show and you don’t want to use at all even for a short time.

Customer support champion Casey-Lyn assisted me faster then i’ve ever been before. Noticed details I wasnt aware of (switch type) to make Sure my request was answered Fast & Accurate. Little info was needed to service me on high level. As one may expect with Premium product but still; who still practice what they preach?
Shout out to B&P’s Casey-Lyn customer support 🙌

My absolute favorite hardware that makes any project look and feel high end. Stunning in person, sturdy and well designed. Always coming back to Buster & Punch and asking them to enlarge the portfolio

We spent over £2,000 on Buster + Punch switches and sockets throughout our house. We have now had around five brass toggle switches fail, with some lasting as little as around 18 months.
Every failure means paying an electrician to replace the switch, dealing with the disruption and, in some cases, repairing paintwork afterwards.
Following my original review, Buster + Punch contacted me and I explained the problem in detail. Their subsequent response was, frankly, very concerning.
I was told that because the original order is now outside their two-year warranty, they will no longer provide complimentary replacements. They also said that it is difficult for them to determine why we have experienced multiple failures and suggested that factors including “installation and usage” could affect the lifespan.
What makes this even more concerning is that other customers on Trustpilot have reported very similar problems with Buster + Punch toggle switches breaking, snapping or failing.
Buster + Punch has also confirmed to me that it has previously identified a batch of toggle mechanisms that did not meet its required standards, although it says our switches were not from that batch.
When multiple switches in our house have failed in the same way, and other customers are reporting similar failures, I find it very difficult to accept the suggestion that this is simply down to installation or usage. In my view, this points to a wider durability problem with the product.
Despite charging premium prices, Buster + Punch’s final position is effectively that future failures - and all associated electrician and repair costs are now ours to deal with.
That is appalling aftercare for such expensive products.
I will now be contacting the Citizens Advice Consumer Service and asking for the matter to be considered for referral to Trading Standards.
Based on both the repeated failures and the way Buster + Punch has handled this, I would now tell anyone considering their products to avoid the company altogether. The products have not performed to the standard I would expect at this price, and when problems arise, you may ultimately be left to deal with the cost yourself.

Saw the ads for toggle and dimmer switches on FB. Product arrived quickly and had an electrician professionally install. Looks very sleek. Awfully expensive, but fits the theme of the room. Glad I bought.

First, I’d like to start off with how I approach companies and what keeps me coming back… it’s a combination of products and services. From the get go, I’ve been a huge fan of the product lines as I definitely feel an elevated experience with each item. I’ve also received several compliments in my home with all of my Buster & Punch upgrades. Secondly, the service. I recently called to inquire about a specific product which appeared to be sold out in a particular size, and the customer service rep, Alex, was kind enough to assist me throughout the entire process. Despite the inventory indicating the item was sold out, she was adamant that she’ll keep looking for the product and contact me once it was found. A few days later she did just that and it really made my day. Your company goes above and beyond for your customers and it shows. You’ve earned a customer for life and I’ll continue to refer B&P to all my friends and family going forward.

The Module dimmers was design very badly and I don't lost I have to change the dimmer every 3-4 months. For the money where you're charging the two expensive and unreliable

Happy with the product, price and purchase experience, even dispatch time and delivery.
However the amount of packaging for such a tiny item was ridiculous, you’ve got to do better than that guys.

Quick delivery, packaging was very substantial, the product is just amazing! The Quality is top notch, it's not just a switch, it's part of the furniture in the room. Item purchased was a 3 gang dimmer with gold switches on a smoked bronze plate.

I bought several toggle light switches from Buster & Punch about 6 years ago. They look beautiful, but the toggle switches have kept on breaking over the past few years. I have been having to buy to replace the light switches.
I finally called Buster and Punch to complain and the person who answered explained that it is normal for me to keep replacing the light switches just as I would have to replace (pieces of clothing such as) jackets on a regular basis. Given the expensive price of each light swtich, I wish I had gone to a company with reliable light switches.
