I genuinely cannot praise Buster + Punch enough for their exceptional customer service!

Their responses have been incredibly quick, communication has been excellent, and they've been genuinely proactive in helping to resolve things.

What really stands out is how friendly, patient and accommodating everyone has been. From helping me work through different product options and patiently putting up with my indecisiveness, to responding almost immediately when I've needed assistance, nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

It's easy to leave a positive review when everything goes perfectly, but I think the true measure of a company is how they respond when something doesn't quite go to plan. Buster + Punch have been outstanding in that respect.

Beautiful products, fantastic design and, most importantly, a customer service team that genuinely cares about its customers.

Buster and Punch hardware is simply the best out there... whilst more expensive, it looks and feels it and other "premium" brands simply don't look as good, worse some look like they're trying. The weight and feel of everything is the best. Over a large install I had one minor issue and they resolved it quickly and amicably by Melanie in customer liaison.

Excellent quality product. Easy to order. Orders arrive quickly.

Not my first purchase but fabulous from start to finish and the product is the iceing on the cake, rather than just the main event.
From ordering to speedy delivery, DPD so easy, to packaging and then on to the magnificence of the product itself.

Melanie was fantastic... she totally understood the issue that I was facing and fixed it with minimum drama... FEDEX's delivery notification system, website and accessibility (via AI chatbot and impossible-to-find customer service phone number) was a disaster and Melanie fixed it.

I'd been a long time fan of the "look" of their products and decided to use them on a client renovation. I ordered my first set of products in June and realized we needed more parts. The first order arrived relatively quickly & without any issue, so I was pleased. I ordered additional parts in early July and this is where it took a sharp turn. By the end of July, my items never arrived. I contacted the company and was told one item was on backorder. I asked why this wasn't communicated in the 3 weeks that I waited and wasn't given an answer. The customer services reps were also extremely nasty. After 2 more calls, I was able to get the available parts released & shipped, and was told that the one item I was waiting for would arrive at the end of August (reminder this order was placed around July 3rd). At the end of August, nothing ever arrived. I had to call again (and deal with yet another nasty customer service rep) and was told, it would ship out the following week. I got busy, 2 weeks went by, I had to call for perhaps a 5-6th time, (I honestly lost track) and encounter YET ANOTHER nasty customer service rep. This time, I was being told some other silly story and it would ship soon. I had to call again, only to find out this time, they were allegedly moving warehouses and nothing would ship for 2-3 weeks. That conversation was by far the WORST of all of them. I had to deal with maybe 3-4 NASTY customer service reps and a "manager" - that spoke over me, didn't care to hear what I had to say and basically said that I just had to deal with it. Almost her exact words. The item finally arrived on 10/22. And it's now useless to me as I've removed all of them from the project.

I will also add that some time around the end of August, early September, I had already experienced the poor quality of their products and the entire situation had left a nasty taste in my mouth. So I asked if I could simply return everything as most of it wasn't installed anyway, due to the wait. The woman laughed and said no. No consideration - just no. After making me wait months. Incredible.

Now, In addition to the horrible customer service, the products are GARBAGE. They are beautiful to look at, but are literal trash. I had 3 different electricians look at it and they all said the same thing - perhaps it works well in Europe, but these things are garbage to us in the states and will damage your lighting system. I also want to add that I explained this to the "manager", but she didn't seem to care. We figured out to call "support", but I got better advice from my 13 year old nephew (which was to throw them away).

Now, I am adding this last part as an important part of this entire review. This is my 2nd review. I left an initial review warning others to not purchase these products and they had it removed. Go to their social media pages and dig through the comments, you'll find tons of unhappy customers. Or go to other review sites and you'll find lots of threads discussing how awful their products truly are.

After my initial review someone called me to "rectify" the situation. I told her how unhappy I was and how I likely wouldn't purchase their products again and her actual response was "that's fine". Then they wrote a reply to my initial review claiming that they attempted to "fix" the situation, but I was "unprofessional" (that's so rich coming from them and the amount of awful customer service calls I had to endure). That was a lie, she never offered a resolution. So, I edited my review to give potential customers a more thorough review and that's when they had my review removed. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Search for real reviews. I can't add the name of their competition or they will have this review taken down as well. But do your due diligence. They've done a great job on social media to show you how nice & cool these items look and they've even partnered with some great brands to continue to rob people blind.

BUYERS BEWARE - These items are simply nice took look at - they do NOT work well. They can damage your electrical systems, they break very easily. The price tag is WAY TOO HIGH to have this many problems. I've since removed them from the project and have eaten the loss - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Quality was more than what I've expected.

Order took a bit long. I know it was because of a warehouse move but it took a lot longer than I expected. However, the outlet covers I bought were very well made and look very nice in my house. I didn't really understand the silver screws. I would have liked screws that match the plates. I think it's a bit much to then have to spend another $1000 on screw covers to match your plates. A good product still wondering if it was worth the price.

I have placed numerous orders with B+P over the last two years. The quality is second to none. And, when there has been any issue whatsover it’s been swiftly corrected with the help of your phenomenal customer service. Many thanks to Alex especially! You all know how to do it right snd it is greatly appreciated.

I know there was a delay because of the warehouse move thing and the order did inform me orders will ship between two and three weeks. Well, I waited three weeks Before asking for a status and the first thing your customer service rep did was pointed out that three week waiting. In a snarky ass way.

Product seems solid. We are architects and trying this out on a clients pool house but for the price you charge I would expect better from your customer service.

The toggle switches both look and feel amazing. Proper machined brass switch. Very easy to install.
