Week later still waiting for the response from Busy beans about damaged item. Nothing been resolved! It’s not very good customer service when customers have to chase them and not getting any answer.
Update: 22/04/23 - I did reply and sent 3 emails in total chasing my refund along with 3 photos on my first reply. Please check your spam filters as I have had no failed delivery messages for my emails.

Oustanding Service and Quality
Friendly, welcoming, professional, polite, extremely helpful and generous. I asked to be given something 'strong & complex' to try something new. I was recommended to try a 'Cortado' and was offered that if I didn't like it he would happily give me a different drink - So very kind. I loved the Cortsdo. The service, presentation and taste of the coffee was 1st class. I will and recommend all to visit 'Busy Beans' in Redhill over the global franchises.

Prompt delivery, well packaged and quality products.I would have given five stars except for the fact that, despite the careful packaging, one bag had split in transit. Not a great deal had come ot, but they were Sunflower Seeds and, being small, they went everywhere.
