Buttercup Farm Reviews

Never used this company before but was searching for strong plant supports.
Found the item and I gave to say they are the best around, particularly given the price I would definitely buy more and wish they had an extended range.

Purchase 3rd of may bought a gazebo 4 x 3 this the canopy size not the frame which is a foot smaller all the way round. So be careful not to make any bases till this arrives. We had a faulty part also which hopefully will arrive tomorrow. After many emails which they are good at replying might need a nudge. Gazebo it self a bit flimsy compared to our last one which lasted 11 years with just one roof replacement. Only time will tell but I very doubt I'll get 11 years from this gazebo but after 3 weeks hopefully we will get it put up this week. I'll update when up with photos

Item well and acvurately described and arrived promptly as promised.

First time I have purchased from Buttercup Farm & am very pleased with my purchase of a metal stand and base for a wisteria. As yet haven’t planted the wisteria but the stand is very well made & the base makes the garden pot very secure. Delivery was quick & was kept informed. Highly recommend this company.

Very helpful when I contacted them. I was not sure on the size of pond liner required. Polite and knowledgeable. Quick delivery

The Obelisk supplied by Buttercup farm is really good , sturdy , robust .... constructed from square tubing with steel rings to complete easy assembly and.finished in a coat of black hammerite paint , looks great . It is now in situ and with a clematis beginning it's life within the obelisks column .
This "Obelisk" has ... in my eyes no competitor either in looks , sturdiness or price for its size and finish , I expect a long life from this garden feature ,
Thank you to Buttercup Farm .

I bought the Basset Hound potty feet as a gift for my sister. They arrived quickly and were very securely packed. My sister almost did not receive them. I wanted to keep them. They are lovely and are much better quality than expected. They also look exactly like a Basset Hound. My sister loves them.

Easy to find the item I was looking for. Nice and Easy check out. Great communication. Quick delivery. Great shopping experience 🤩

Buttercup farm supplied me with an Obelisk , and I have to say it is a beauty to behold , square steel bar with steel rings nuts and bolts supplied for easy assembly easy to build , sturdy robust with a beautiful hammerite finish ,other suppliers of obelisks bear no comparison to the one from Buttercup farm , they are
a thin wire manufactured , puny and with a limited life span , many thanks for this garden feature which will be with us a long long time .

I actually bought a product 3 years ago and it was amazing then! Service delivery quality of product! I’ve moved house and moved the garden room but didn’t have rebuild instructions!! Customer service have found and provided these within a day! Cannot have any better service!!! Will certainly use for new products as I create my new garden and highly recommend!!! Thank you! Brilliant service!

Excellent price and speed of delivery. Great communication too. Delighted with the garden arch. Thank you.

The yacht weather vain I ordered is fantastic quality, arrived very quickly. I haven't put it up yet as its a wedding Anniversary present for my husband for our Ruby wedding anniversary, 20/4/2025

We had been looking for a large tortoise outdoor house for a long time.
We eventually found a selection at Buttercup Farm.
Ordering was very straight forward and they even accommodated a change to the specification.
It arrived on time and we are delighted with our purchase - it is extremely well made, solid , attractive and totally fit for purpose.
Our tortoise loves it and think she’s living in a palace.
Thank you.

Really enjoying my wildlife camera

A good straightforward web site, ease of ordering and a quick online answer to a question all resulted in a purchase that I am very happy with.

I ordered a six bottle wine carrier. The compartments were of different size and some were too small to fit a standard wine bottle.

Sparrow terrace, well made, bonus slide out bases for cleaning

I ordered an obelisk to grow a rose in. It was just the height I was looking for. It is well-made and easy to put together (a bit harder just on your own because the pieces slide about a bit!). The instructions are simple to follow. The delivery was timely.
