I have been with BUYALERTS for over a year and my account has almost doubled, and that's with me making alot of rookie mistakes e.g. fomo, closing trades on my own before alerts, basically scalping 30% when it eventually paid 100%. Now that I follow the trades to a T, I'm having even greater success. Buyalerts has many seasoned traders you can follow, plus lots of live trading/training sessions both pre-market and intra-day which ups your trading I.Q. So Needless to say I highly recommend them!! Omgosh, I almost forgot, CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Their customer service is over the top!! Anytime I have had questions or concerns I have been able to get help very, very fast! During market hours when it counts. Lastly, I signed up originally with a 1 year agreement but now I'm a Lifer!!

Buy Alerts offers an excellent Customer Service: prompt and precise in addressing my requests, which is what we need to make the best use of the service. Access to experienced traders that offer personalized coaching and livestream updates and explanations is truly a great benefit for beginners like myself. All is interactive so each user can ask questions and get an answer immediately. Great experience so far.

I’m new to this and I just wanted to say that my mentor Ven was great and always answered all my questions. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know, to make my option trades a success. The entire support staff is always there if you have questions. Billy was always very helpful also. Every time I have sent an email to their support team about an issue I'm experiencing or a question I have, they have always reached out almost immediately... Sometimes via email, but most times someone calls directly and makes it a point to listen and do whatever they can to help. Like earlier today I reached out(somewhat frustrated),to see if they could send more 1 leg long options alerts( since I'm currently only approved for level 1 option trading).. less than 5 minutes someone was calling to set up a one-on-one call with one of their well-known traders to help! Appreciate the outstanding job these guys do, keep up the good work!!

Billy was really great! He was accommodating and answered my questions in a simple manner -easily understood. I am nervous about this new endeavor and he reassured me that he will be there for me all the time. Being a novice trader to be, I’m excited because he wants me to make money. I am too old to learn new tricks....and that includes learning new trading strategies, analysis, etc....I rely on the alerts provided by the analysts. BUT you need to pay attention and they have a web site where you can review...by ticker symbol, by analyst etc. and check the status. Ven, Billy and Will have provided great and timely support when needed.

Many businesses promise great customer service until they get your money, then put you on the back burner when you need help. Buy Alerts not only shows the results of all their trade re commend trades, they have been there with over the top support for this novice trader. I switched to Buyalerts from another company that promised to "hold my hand" and coach me to success only to shun me quickly afterwards. Amazing Customer support! Wow, I asked their Customer Support team about a 3 legged options trade. 10 minutes later, the analyst who provided the trade, Jason Gil, called and gave me a 15 minute lesson on this trade and how to sell a call without buying it first. Impressive!
