We have contacted you regarding this review as we don't believe this is a fair assessment of our service and of your experience.
First of all, your correct and updated quote was actually €468 and you had selected the grade Good Condition so you knew your device was marked and has scratches like we outlined.
The above price you are quoting of €585 is for an Excellent Condition phone which your phone did not fall under.
We are confused as you never brought up that you had an issue with the price you were offered and we would have taken any comments you had on this and helped to find a resolution.
We explicitly say when we send the updated offer that you do not have to agree to it and that we can send the phone back to you free of charge, you were under no obligation to accept our money if you were not happy with that offer.
To take our money and accept our offer and then give us a 1 star review does not add up so we are hoping that you can reply back to our email so that we can resolve this matter.

Still hard to believe how smooth it was. Applied online, printed the label, sent the phone, got a notification of my pixel being under review, got paid into my revolut. From start to finish it was 2 weeks. Would have been shorter if it wasn't Christmas.
