Great pricing and quality

The boxes took around a week to arrive from being shipped and look really good! The only downside is that it took around 2-3 weeks for 10 boxes to be printed. Overall, really nice!

Customer Service and Print Qaulity was superb. The print came out great and the customer service team was able to warn me about a specific printing issue in the proofs. When the box arrived it was damaged in shipping and after contacting them they sent a new one very quickly!

Stacey Desroches was great at answering our urgent call, helping us ASAP, providing daily updates, to get us the critical boxes we needed ASAP. Thank you again Stacey!!!

Wonderful Service! Our company was needing larger custom sized mailer boxes that other companies were not offering. The whole experience was A+ start to finish. The site was easy to use, turnaround time was great, and the finished product is fabulous. Everything arrived carefully and neatly packed, and the color match to our branding was spot on. Thank you!

Your shipping charges are way too high. I've checked other companies and they don't add the charges buyboxes does. I also ship a lot myself and the box that my custom boxes were shipped in is nowhere near $50 to ship. Half that at most. I've been a customer for several years now, but this is the last order I'll make with buyboxes. Buyboxes does great work, but the add-on shipping charge makes them non-competitive compared to other custom box companies.

I am a first-time user of the BuyBox design feature. I was so pleased with the quality of E-commerce box we got. Sturdy, excellent printing and colors. Stacey with customer service was very helpful to me in the final process of getting my order done correctly. Thank you, the boxes are exactly what we wanted for our event. The only "surprise" was the amount charged for shipping, which you cannot find out until the final payment due at check out. It would have been nice to know this earlier when determining the budget for this project.
