Fraud/Scam. My bank blocked a payment from this company after they entered the incorrect security number, after they attempted an online card payment without my knowledge or consent. The scammers then had the cheek to call my bank and attempt to impersonate me. My bank have been great and no money has been taken from my account. A replacement card is enroute.

Scam artists / fraud. Debited my card for no reason had to report to my bank as fraud then they had the gall to claim back from my bank claiming not existent goods / service had been delivered meaning more hassle. Not sure who these scam artists are (never dealt directly or ordered from them) but do avoid if you can.

Take money for nothing and won’t give it back big big scam. Twice they did this and reply you have 3 day trial then take payment for nothing. 17/10/25 and 19/11/25 £99 in the red. Please Please read small print.

The items were supposed to be temu returns been sold as there was a clear out and selling boxes of goods to get rid but never received a single thing , so stay away from gift horses they are scammers

Scam.

Entice you via social media - facebook for example - with a product upon completion of a survey. For example, 'get a backpack for completion of Decathlon survey'. Pay 2.35 for 'shipping' but this actually is for a 3 day trial period before you are hit with subscription fees of 69.99 as they have your bank details.

I was lucky as I blocked the impending 69.99 through my bank the following morning. I also sent an email via their website to cancel but this was ignored.

They claim you can cancel membership on their website, but you can't unless you send an email to support. This still does not cancel.

I've had to cancel my card due to this scam.

Phone number is Hungarian. Avoid like the plague.
