We bought a steam mop which turned out to be an absolute lemon.
I contacted these guys and they promptly refunded our money so good on them for doing so.
They didn't want it back so possibly there may have been other complaints about this thing, good on them for being upfront and crediting our money. Im not sure if i would purchase anything more off them but i guess, everything you get online these days is cheap stuff out of China or Taiwan. What a world we live in now........

Absolutely appalling site. Brought a chicken coop and was sent parts that don't align with frame..I was advised. because I was sent all parts that nothing is wrong with it and I was advised by customer support to use tape to fix roof which should have 14 eyelets as shown on their website photo for my coop, i instead got a 6 eyelet roof that does not fit.....the door is not the right fit for frame and leaves a huge gap that chickens can escape from....very misleading...Will be taking this to consumer affairs ..buyer beware..there customer guarantee is worthless. And their emails leave the customer furious and out of pocket for an item not fit for purpose
